基于CFD的旋塞阀流动特性研究
[Abstract]:Plug valve is one of the pipeline valves, its function is to close the flow. Its structural design has high safety performance, convenient use and good sealing. With the continuous development of manufacturing industry in China, many industries have put forward higher requirements for plug valves. It has a place in many fields, the most widely used in natural gas, oil pipelines. However, natural gas and oil are flammable, so the performance requirements of plug valve are more strict, especially the high pressure and large caliber plug valve, because the strength can not be satisfied, resulting in air leakage, oil leakage and other phenomena, such as combustion, explosion, poisoning and other malignant accidents will occur in serious cases. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the flow field in the high pressure and large diameter plug valve. According to the actual situation, the flow field in the plug valve is divided into two kinds of media, one is compressible gas, the other is incompressible liquid. Two different materials will appear complex motion in the plug valve, and the difference of properties leads to the difference of the internal flow field motion. Therefore, different working conditions have a vital impact on the safe operation of the whole plug valve. In order to make the plug valve operate safely and reliably, based on CFD theory, the static pressure distribution, velocity vector diagram and pressure difference in the flow channel of the plug valve under different opening degrees are studied, which can effectively improve the reliability, safety, service life and reduce the cost of the production test prototype. In this paper, through the numerical simulation of the internal flow field of the plug valve and the comparison of the two kinds of materials, the different effects of ideal gas and liquid water on the plug valve are studied, and the physical quantity relationship curves of the compressed gas and the incompressible liquid in the valve are explored. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) 3D modeling of the three main flow components of plug valve based on Solid Works; two-dimensional simplified modeling of flow field based on ANSYS DM; meshing of model based on ICEM CFD. (2) FLUENT module based on ANSYS Workbench platform, based on standard k? The two-dimensional steady turbulence numerical simulation of the internal fluid in the plug valve at different rotation angles is carried out by turbulence equation. The hydrostatic pressure distribution, velocity vector diagram and related physical quantity curves are obtained. The influence of the rotation angle on the plug valve is studied, which provides a theoretical basis for the study of the structural characteristics of the plug valve.
