ZKL-4000SY自动钻机机械手液压系统设计

【摘要】:煤矿井下瓦斯抽采钻孔,需要一种自动化、智能化的钻机来代替工人从事高强度、高危险性的工作。通过分析普通回转钻机的钻孔操作,对机械手的动作进行分解,根据机械手的动作和结构原理,设计了机械手的液压系统。通过机械手系统的压力和流量计算,对泵和多路阀等关键液压元件进行了选型。从现场调试实验和工业性实验的效果来看,所设计的液压系统运行稳定,各执行机构反应迅速,动作协调,达到了设计要求。
[Abstract]:A kind of automatic and intelligent drilling machine is needed to replace the workers in the high intensity and high dangerous work in coal mine gas drainage drilling. By analyzing the drilling operation of the ordinary rotary drilling rig, the action of the manipulator is decomposed. According to the action and structure principle of manipulator, the hydraulic system of manipulator is designed. The key hydraulic components such as pumps and multi-way valves are selected. From the results of field debugging and industrial experiments, the designed hydraulic system is stable in operation, quick in response and coordinated in action, and meets the design requirements.
