危险源概念的重新界定及与隐患关系研究

【摘要】：为使危险源的定义和分类更有可操作性,并明确其与隐患的关系,首先在总结现有危险源定义及分类的基础上,将危险源的概念重新界定,然后对其进行深入分类研究,最后明确危险源与隐患的关系。研究结果表明,应将危险源定义为所有的、直接的或间接的可能导致事故发生的根源或状态;其次,将危险源进一步划分为根源危险源和状态危险源,根源危险源是可能直接或间接导致事故发生的客观存在,包括有形或无形的实体,包括人、物、组织、系统4大类;状态危险源是可能直接或间接导致事故发生的根源危险源的不安全状态,包括正处于和非正处于的不安全状态;第三,隐患是正处于不安全状态的根源危险源。
[Abstract]:In order to make the definition and classification of hazard more operable, and to clarify the relationship between hazard and hidden danger, the concept of hazard source is redefined on the basis of summarizing the existing definition and classification of hazard source, and then it is deeply classified and studied. Finally, the relationship between hazards and hidden dangers is clarified. The results of the study indicate that hazard sources should be defined as all, direct or indirect sources or conditions that may lead to accidents. Secondly, The hazard source is further divided into the source hazard source and the state hazard source, which is the objective existence which may lead to the accident directly or indirectly, including tangible or intangible entity, including human, object, organization and system. The state risk source is the unsafe state of the dangerous source which may lead to the accident directly or indirectly, including the unsafe state that is in and out of the state; thirdly, the hidden danger is the source dangerous source which is in the unsafe state.
