大连港和尚岛航道通航安全分析与研究

【摘要】:中共中央、国务院为抓好我国的重要战略机遇期,决定实施振兴东北地区老工业区战略,提出建设大连为东北亚重要的航运中心。 根据大连港整体规划,要将和尚岛港区建成海峡滚装运输系统和煤炭装船运输系统,构成大连港现代化港口服务体系的重要环节。但作为船舶进出大连湾港区的唯一通道,和尚岛航道宽度仅为150米,且单向通航,随着船舶到港量逐年增加,和尚岛航道的通航密度将逐步增大。 鉴于上述问题,本文根据和尚岛港区的总体规划、和尚岛船舶流量与航道容量的关系以及船舶流量的预测等,系统分析研究航道规划的相关设计规范,对和尚岛航道通航能力进行了系统研究,对在现有自然条件下实现航道宽度240m,船舶双向通航进行了可行性论证。 通过分析和尚岛航道及其附近水域的自然情况和船舶交通状况,针对船舶交通流的规律和航道运营过程中的特殊问题,结合模拟实验数据结论,提出了和尚岛航道拓宽并实现双向通航的解决方案。 本方案在现有自然条件基础上提高和尚岛航道的通过能力,有效降低通航密度,还通过科学合理的规划提高了船舶航行的安全性,确保和尚岛港区煤炭、客滚码头的正常营运,进一步发掘和尚岛航道的运营潜力,对加快建设东北亚航运中心有很大的实用价值。
[Abstract]:In order to grasp the important strategic opportunity period of our country, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council decided to carry out the strategy of revitalizing the old industrial zone in Northeast China, and put forward the construction of Dalian as an important shipping center in Northeast Asia. According to the overall plan of Dalian Port, it is necessary to build the Shandao Port area into a cross-Strait ro / ro transportation system and a coal loading transportation system, which constitutes an important link in the modern port service system of Dalian Port, but it is the only way for ships to enter and leave the Dalian Bay Port area. The width of the channel is only 150 meters, and the one-way navigation. With the increase of ship arrival, the navigable density of the channel will increase gradually. In view of the above problems, according to the overall planning of Shandao Port area, the relationship between ship discharge and channel capacity, and the prediction of ship flow, this paper systematically analyzes and studies the relevant design specifications of channel planning. The navigable capacity of Shandao waterway is studied systematically, and the feasibility of realizing the channel width of 240 m and the two-way navigation of the ship under the existing natural conditions is demonstrated. Based on the analysis of the natural situation and the ship traffic situation of the Shandao Waterway and its adjacent waters, aiming at the law of the ship traffic flow and the special problems in the course of the channel operation, the conclusion of the simulation experiment data is presented. The solution of widening the channel and realizing the two-way navigation is put forward. On the basis of the existing natural conditions, the scheme improves the passing capacity of the Shandao waterway, effectively reduces the navigable density, improves the safety of the ship's navigation through scientific and reasonable planning, and ensures the coal in the Shandao port area. The normal operation of passenger wharf and further exploration of the operational potential of Shandao waterway have great practical value for speeding up the construction of Northeast Asian shipping center.
