危险品运输车辆远程监控系统的设计

【摘要】:随着我国化学工业和国民经济快速的发展,危险品的需求量在日益增大,道路危险品的运输量也随着在上升,危险品运输会对城镇、河流、人群等造成很大的威胁,危险品运输的安全问题得到了越来越高的重视。如何安全管理危险品运输是我国面临新的挑战,但是目前对危险化学品的运输管理的研究还处在起步阶段。对危险化学品运输的安全要求高,风险大,事故发生后造成的后果非常严重,所以探索一种危险品运输安全管理的方案,提高危险品安全运输的环境,已经成为危险品运输行业和道路运输管理部门的重要课题。因此,基于GIS(地理信息系统)、3G、GPS技术的危险品车辆运输监控系统便应运而生了。GIS、3GGPS危险品运输监控系统是由地理信息系统技术、无线数据通信技术和空间定位技术集成的典型应用系统。本文在总结前人研究成果的基础上,主要介绍一种基于3G、GPS、GIS、 Zigbee技术的在道路危险品运输监控系统上的应用。文中详细分析了3G、GPS、GIS、Zigbee技术的特点及结合的方法。为了解决传统视频传输系统的布线问题和基于GPRS无线网络视频传输系统的带宽问题,本文采用嵌入式设备和3G网卡作为视频数据采集前端,是基于H.264编码标准、RTP/RTCP协议和3G网络的移动视频监控系统的方案,系统的核心流程是,车载终端把采集到的GPS的信息、视频信息和相关传感器的信息通过3G网络传到控制中心,并且在控制中心显示当前车辆地理信息、车辆内的环境参数(温度、湿度)、司机的驾驶状态以及车辆各种参数(速度、加速度、压力)等等。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the chemical industry and the national economy in China, the demand for dangerous goods is increasing day by day, and the traffic volume of dangerous goods on roads is also increasing. The transportation of dangerous goods will pose a great threat to towns, rivers, people, etc. More and more attention has been paid to the safety of dangerous goods transportation. How to manage the transportation of dangerous goods safely is a new challenge in our country. However, at present, the research on the transportation management of hazardous chemicals is still in its infancy. The safety requirements for the transportation of dangerous chemicals are high, the risks are high, and the consequences of the accidents are very serious. Therefore, exploring a scheme for the safety management of dangerous goods transportation and improving the environment for the safe transport of dangerous goods have become an important topic for the dangerous goods transport industry and road transport management departments. The dangerous goods vehicle transportation monitoring system based on GIS (Geographic Information system / GIS-3G / GPS) has come into being as the times require. The GIS3GGPS dangerous goods Transportation Monitoring system is based on Geographic Information system (GIS) technology. A typical application system for the integration of wireless data communication technology and spatial positioning technology. This paper mainly introduces the application of 3GPS GIS-Zigbee technology in the road dangerous goods transportation monitoring system. This paper analyzes in detail the characteristics of the 3GPS-GIS-Zigbee technology and the method of combining it. In order to solve the routing problem of the traditional video transmission system and based on the traditional video transmission system, this paper analyzes in detail the characteristics of the 3GPS-GIS-Zigbee technology and the method of combining it. Bandwidth problem of GPRS Wireless Network Video Transmission system, This paper adopts embedded equipment and 3G network card as the front end of video data acquisition, is a scheme of mobile video monitoring system based on H.264 coding standard / RTCP protocol and 3G network. The core flow of the system is that the GPS information is collected by the vehicle terminal. Video information and information from related sensors are transmitted to the control center over 3G networks, and the current vehicle geographic information, environmental parameters (temperature, humidity, driver's driving status, and vehicle parameters) are displayed in the control center.
