煤矿应急救援中多参数气体测定系统的设计

【摘要】:针对现有的多参数气体测定器存在的量程小、不具有实效性等问题,通过研究多参数气体测定技术研发出矿山应急救援专用气体测定器,利用现有的井下无线Mesh网络和环网交换机,将现场实时环境数据传输到地面指挥中心;通过研究"爆炸三角形"的原理,对数据进行分析,在指挥中心主机上直接显示出O2、CH4、CO的浓度及温度值,并显示出"爆炸三角形"的图形及各气体成分所构成的坐标点,临近或达到警戒线时发出声光警报。系统能够实现对井下高浓度的环境信息进行实时监测,对避免次生灾害和提高救护的安全性具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in the existing multi-parameter gas detector, such as small measuring range and no actual effect, a gas detector for mine emergency rescue is developed by studying the multi-parameter gas measurement technology. By using the existing underground wireless Mesh network and ring network switch, the field real-time environment data is transmitted to the ground command center, and the data are analyzed by studying the principle of "explosion triangle". The concentration and temperature of O _ 2H _ 4CO are displayed directly on the main engine of the command center, and the graph of "explosion triangle" and the coordinate points formed by each gas component are displayed. When approaching or reaching the warning line, the system can realize real-time monitoring of environmental information of high concentration underground, and it is of great significance to avoid secondary disasters and improve the safety of rescue.
