高速公路隧道出入口段交通安全分析与改善措施

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展,高速公路建设事业也蓬勃发展,尤其在我国西部地区,隧道越来越多,有些路段因地理条件特殊而形成隧道群路段,然而我国高速公路隧道群段交通事故数居高不下,尤其是出入口段,不仅事故率高,且严重性强,如何合理的组织隧道出入口交通运行,保证交通安全已成为交通工程部门着重进行研究的重大课题之一。因此,进行高速公路隧道出入口路段交通安全评价,甄别安全隐患,采取安全改善措施和保障技术,对提高隧道出入口安全水平有着重大的意义。本论文依托国家自然科学基金青年基金项目“高速公路长大隧道群段驾驶员视觉疲劳致因机理与改善建议”,收集了典型山区高速公路长大隧道出入口的交通事故统计数据,围绕交通安全相关核心问题,运用统计理论对数据进行分析,明确了隧道出入口事故特点,揭示了出入口安全的影响因素,建立了出入口安全评价模型,针对影响因子较高的因素提出了相应的改善措施和安全保障技术,进行了以下主要研究:(1)通过连接段长度明确隧道群的概念,开展隧道出入口事故数据的调查研究,通过对数据资料收集、整理和统计分析,得出高速公路隧道出入口交通事故的时空分布特征,事故的形态和严重程度。(2)揭示隧道出入口事故致因机理,从驾驶员、道路、环境等不同的交通要素详细分析了事故的影响因素,建立次序logit模型获取影响因素的影响因子,通过比较获得影响程度大的因素,分析这些因素的机理,提出保障行车安全的措施和技术。(3)基于传统的层次分析法构造判断矩阵过程中存在的不足,运用模糊数学中隶属函数概念,创造性的提出了正态隶属函数来构建判断矩阵,通过构建安全评价层次结构,建立了隧道出入口安全评价模型,得到了安全系数的正态隶属函数,结合实例证明了模型的可靠性。(4)提出隧道出入口道路线形设计、减光格栅设置、GPS语音提示系统等措施改善隧道群出入口行车安全。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, highway construction is booming, especially in the western region of China, there are more and more tunnels. However, the number of traffic accidents in the highway tunnel group section is high, especially in the entrance and exit section, not only the accident rate is high, but also the severity is strong, how to organize the traffic operation of the tunnel entrance and exit reasonably. To ensure traffic safety has become one of the most important topics that traffic engineering departments focus on. Therefore, the highway tunnel entrance and exit sections of traffic safety evaluation, screening safety hidden dangers, safety improvement measures and security technology, It is of great significance to improve the safety level of tunnel entrance and exit. Based on the project of National Natural Science Foundation for Youth, "the Mechanism and suggestions for improvement of drivers' Visual fatigue in long Tunnel Section of Expressway", this paper has collected. Statistical data of traffic accidents at the entrance and exit of long tunnel in typical mountainous area, Based on the related core problems of traffic safety, this paper analyzes the data by using statistical theory, clarifies the characteristics of tunnel entrance and exit accidents, reveals the factors influencing the safety of the entrance and exit, and establishes the evaluation model of the safety of the entrance and exit. This paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures and safety protection technology in view of the factors with higher influence factors, and carries out the following main research: 1. Through defining the concept of tunnel group in connection section length, the investigation and study of tunnel entrance and exit accident data are carried out. Through collecting, sorting and statistical analysis of the data, we can get the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics, the form and severity of the traffic accident at the entrance and exit of the expressway tunnel) and reveal the cause mechanism of the accident at the entrance and exit of the tunnel, from the driver, the road, Different traffic factors such as environment are analyzed in detail, order logit model is established to obtain the influencing factors, and the mechanism of these factors is analyzed by comparing the influential factors. Based on the shortcomings of the traditional AHP in the process of constructing the judgment matrix, this paper creatively puts forward the normal membership function to construct the judgment matrix by using the concept of membership function in fuzzy mathematics. By constructing the safety evaluation hierarchy, the tunnel entrance safety evaluation model is established, the normal membership function of the safety factor is obtained, and the reliability of the model is proved by an example. Some measures, such as GPS voice prompt system and so on, are used to improve the traffic safety at the entrance and exit of the tunnel group.
