事故频发倾向论

【摘要】：正事故频发倾向论是阐述企业工人中存在着个别人容易发生事故的、稳定的、个人的内在倾向的一种理论。1919年,格林伍德和伍兹(Greenwood and Woods)对许多工厂里伤害事故发生次数进行了三种统计检验(如下),发现事故频发者具有一定的性格与行为特点,提出了事故频发倾向论。
