矿用湿式金属网除尘器性能研究

【摘要】:随着矿井采掘机械化程度的不断提高,煤矿尘害问题日益突出。煤尘不仅危害作业人员的身体健康,引发尘肺病,而且有可能引起煤尘爆炸,酿成矿井重大灾害事故。在煤矿的生产过程中,尤其以机掘工作面和综采工作面粉尘浓度最高,从保护现场作业人员职业安全健康以及企业安全生产的角度考虑,必须将粉尘浓度控制在可容许的范围以内。湿式除尘器是矿井常用的除尘设备,我国对湿式金属网的研究尚处在起步阶段,为了弥补我国在这方面的不足,本论文研发了湿式金属网除尘器,并就其除尘性能进行测试,寻找除尘器的最优工作条件。本文首先分别对喷嘴雾化机理和经典粒子捕集机理作了分析,研究了水滴、水膜作用于矿尘的湿式除尘机理以及影响除尘效果的因素;在此基础上,设计了系统的实验方案和实验装置,分别制作了基于20层和40层金属网的湿式除尘器;通过实验研究了处理风量、风速、喷水量和金属网层数对除尘效率、运行阻力的影响,找到了除尘器运行的最优参数。通过本实验可以发现湿式金属网除尘器的阻力受风速影响较大,喷水量影响较小;除尘效率随着水量的增加而增加,但不是线性变化,增加到一定值时,增加速率减慢,随着风速的增加除尘效率先增大后减小。因为风速和水量是影响阻力和效率的主要因素,对这两个参数同时优化通过试验得到了最佳入口风速为2m/s,最佳喷水量为14L/min,在该条件下除尘器的效率高为达95.05%、阻力仅为71.17pa,具备节水节能的功效,可以在矿山、煤炭、冶金等多个行业中进行推广应用。
[Abstract]:With the increasing mechanization of mine excavation, the problem of coal dust damage is becoming more and more serious. Coal dust not only harms the health of workers and causes pneumoconiosis, but also may cause coal dust explosion. In the process of coal mine production, especially in mechanized working face and fully mechanized mining face, the dust concentration is the highest, considering from the angle of protecting the occupational safety and health of the workers in the field and the safe production of the enterprise, The dust concentration must be controlled within the allowable range. Wet dust collector is a commonly used dust removal equipment in mines. The research on wet metal mesh in our country is still in its infancy, in order to make up for the deficiency of our country in this respect, In this paper, a wet metal mesh dust collector is developed, and its dust removal performance is tested to find the optimal working conditions. Firstly, the atomization mechanism of the nozzle and the classical particle capture mechanism are analyzed, and the water droplets are studied. The wet dust removal mechanism of water film acting on mine dust and the factors influencing the dust removal effect are also discussed. On this basis, the experimental scheme and experimental device are designed, and the wet dust collector based on 20 layers and 40 layers metal mesh is made, respectively. The effects of air volume, wind speed, water spray rate and the number of metal mesh layers on the dust removal efficiency and running resistance were studied experimentally. The optimum parameters for the operation of the dust collector are found. It is found that the resistance of the wet metal mesh precipitator is greatly affected by the wind speed and the amount of water sprayed, and the dust removal efficiency increases with the increase of water content, but it is not a linear change. When increasing to a certain value, the increase rate slows down, and with the increase of wind speed, the dust removal efficiency increases first and then decreases, because wind speed and water volume are the main factors affecting resistance and efficiency. The optimum inlet wind speed is 2 m / s, and the best water injection rate is 14 L / min. Under this condition, the efficiency of the dust collector is 95.05, the resistance is only 71.17 pa. it has the function of saving water and energy, and it can be used in mines and coal. Metallurgy and other industries to promote the application.
