潘三煤矿西风井井壁突水机理分析

【摘要】:潘三矿西风井在累深307.2 m处发生突水事故,为了分析其突水原因,基于流固耦合理论,应用统一强度准则和弹塑性损伤力学模型,分析了井壁所承受的临界水压力P0c与不同鐖值(井壁混凝土孔隙率)、不同λ/E值(混凝土损伤后的降模量和弹性模量之比)和不同σc值(混凝土单轴抗压强度)的关系。结果表明:井壁混凝土强度等级为C48时,在累深307.2 m处不会发生突水事故,突水的主要原因是井壁混凝土强度未达到其设计强度;井壁发生突水时,其混凝土单轴抗压强度σc≤19 MPa,鐖的取值为0.3~0.5,λ/E≥5。
[Abstract]:Water inrush occurred in west wind well of Panshan Mine at the depth of 307.2 m. In order to analyze the causes of water inrush, based on the theory of fluid-solid coupling, the unified strength criterion and elastic-plastic damage mechanics model were applied. The critical water pressure P0c and different values (porosity, 位 / E) and 蟽 _ c (uniaxial compressive strength of concrete) are analyzed.
