【摘要】:白芨沟煤矿属于高瓦斯矿井,随着矿井不断向深部开采,煤层瓦斯含量越来越大,瓦斯问题已成为制约该矿安全生产和高产高效优势发挥的主要因素。因此,全面分析和研究白芨沟煤矿瓦斯赋存规律,开展矿井瓦斯涌出量预测和煤层突出危险性预测,对指导矿井瓦斯提前抽放,突出防治及瓦斯爆炸事故预防有着重要指导意义。本文通过运用瓦斯地质学的理论和方法,收集、整理和分析矿井地质勘探阶段和生产阶段地质资料,研究了白芨沟矿二3层煤的储层地质特征,总结了煤层瓦斯的时空分布规律,分析了瓦斯赋存的影响因素,预测了矿井、采面的瓦斯涌出量及煤层突出危险,取得的主要成果如下:(1)二3煤层为白芨沟煤矿主要可采煤层,煤厚0~29.36m,平均厚度13.93m,煤层较稳定,结构简单~复杂。宏观煤岩类型总体以光亮-半亮煤为主,属低灰、特低硫优质无烟煤,煤体结构为Ⅱ类碎块状结构煤,孔隙结构以小孔为主,煤层渗透率高达76.05~209.10md,渗透性非常好。煤层渗透率对地应力的影响非常敏感,煤储层渗透率具有随原地应力增大而减小的趋势。(2)总结了二3煤层瓦斯含量的赋存特征,分析了影响瓦斯含量的控制因素,预测了矿井深部煤层瓦斯含量。(3)绘制了二3煤层采面瓦斯涌出量等值线图,进行了瓦斯等级分区。采用分源预测法开展了采面及矿井瓦斯涌出量的预测。(4)依据煤的坏类型、瓦斯放散初速度、煤层坚固性系数及煤层瓦斯压力等指标,预测二3煤层不具有突出危险性。
[Abstract]:Baijigou coal mine belongs to high gas mine. With the deep mining of the coal mine, the gas content in coal seam is increasing, and the gas problem has become the main factor that restricts the safe production and the high yield and high efficiency advantage of the coal mine. The law of gas occurrence in Baijigou coal mine is comprehensively analyzed and studied, and the prediction of gas emission quantity and coal seam outburst risk is carried out to guide the gas drainage in advance. The prevention and treatment of outburst and the prevention of gas explosion accidents are of great guiding significance. By using the theory and method of gas geology, this paper collects, collates and analyzes the geological data of mine geological exploration stage and production stage. This paper studies the reservoir geological characteristics of 23 layers of coal in Baijigou Mine, summarizes the space-time distribution law of coal seam gas, analyzes on the influencing factors of gas occurrence, forecasts the amount of gas emission and the danger of coal seam outburst in coal mine and mining surface. The main results obtained are as follows: (1) the coal seam No. 23 is the main mineable coal seam in Baijigou coal mine, with a thickness of 0 ~ 29.36 m and an average thickness of 13.93 m. The coal seam is stable, and the structure is simple and complex. The main types of macroscopic coal and rock are bright and semi-bright coal, which is low ash.
