基于SEM的建筑企业安全文化影响因素评价研究

【摘要】：建筑业是事故多发性行业之一，近年来随着建筑业产业规模和产业素质日益提升，这些事故给社会经济的发展带来了巨大损失，也造成了严重的不良社会影响。如何用科学的方法客观有效地评估建筑企业的安全文化影响因素、从根源上有效规避事故的发生，成为人们重点研究的课题。论文以建筑企业安全文化为研究对象，在“三圈层理论”的基础上，将建筑企业安全文化划分为安全物质文化、安全制度文化和安全观念文化三个结构层次。结合建筑企业安全事故的诱因及安全文化的特点，将评价因素分解归化为安全文化调查表的形式进行定性分析，综合考虑了决策层参与、管理层参与、员工参与、政府参与、安全系统、报告沟通系统、安全施工环境在内的建筑施工企业安全文化影响因素，构建了建筑企业安全文化评价指标体系。在调查表定性分析的基础上，，使用SPSS20.0对建筑企业安全文化评价指标体系进行探索性分析。应用结构方程模型理论，建立了基于SEM(structural equation modeling)的建筑企业安全文化影响因素评价模型，并使用AMOS20.0进行实证分析，对影响建筑企业安全绩效的各因素间的路径关系以及因素的重要度进行研究，验证了模型的可行性和实用性。模型分析结果得出员工参与对安全绩效有很高的直接效应，其他几个影响因素均为间接效应。安全培训对决策层参与、管理层参与也具有很高的直接效应。充分体现建筑企业安全施工中“以人为本”的重要性以及安全培训系统在建筑施工企业安全文化建设中的重要性。论文最后根据模型分析结果，从决策层参与、管理层参与、员工参与、政府参与、安全培训系统、安全施工环境六个方面对如何提高建筑企业安全文化水平、改善建筑企业安全文化建设提出对策和建议。
[Abstract]:Construction industry is one of the industries with multiple accidents. In recent years, with the scale and quality of the construction industry increasing, these accidents have brought huge losses to the development of social economy. How to evaluate the influence factors of safety culture in construction enterprises objectively and effectively, and avoid the occurrence of accidents effectively from the root causes, has become the focus of research. Based on the theory of "three circles", the safety culture of construction enterprise is divided into safety material culture. Three structural levels of safety system culture and safety concept culture. Combined with the inducement of safety accidents and the characteristics of safety culture in construction enterprises, the evaluation factors are decomposed into the form of safety culture questionnaire for qualitative analysis. Comprehensive consideration of decision-making level participation, management participation, employee participation, government participation, safety system, reporting communication system, safe construction environment and other factors affecting the safety culture of construction enterprises, Construction enterprise safety culture evaluation index system is constructed. Based on the qualitative analysis of the questionnaire, this paper makes an exploratory analysis of the safety culture evaluation index system of the construction enterprise by using SPSS20.0. Based on the structural equation model theory, the evaluation model of the influencing factors of the safety culture in the construction enterprise is established based on the SEM(structural equation modeling. Using AMOS20.0 to analyze the path relationship and the importance of the factors influencing the safety performance of construction enterprises, the feasibility and practicability of the model are verified. The results of model analysis show that employee participation has a high direct effect on safety performance, and the other factors are indirect effects. The participation of management also has a high direct effect. It fully reflects the importance of "people-oriented" in construction enterprise safety construction and the importance of safety training system in construction enterprise safety culture construction. Finally, the paper shows the importance of safety training system in construction enterprise safety culture construction. According to the results of the model analysis, The countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the safety culture level of construction enterprises and improve the safety culture construction of construction enterprises are put forward from the following six aspects: participation of decision-making level, participation of management, participation of staff, participation of government, safety training system and safe construction environment.
