山区运营高速公路安全性评价方法研究

【摘要】:为解决山区在运营高速公路突出的交通安全问题,提高高速公路交通安全保障能力和运行效率,本文依托云南省典型高速公路项目,通过对山区高速公路道路特征、交通特性、驾驶行为、交通事故原因等的调查和分析,基于运行速度理念和方法,对依托工程项目开展交通安全性综合分析与评价;在依托工程项目综合改善措施方案的基础上,提出山区高速公路安全性评价的原则、流程、内容和方法体系。 针对山区高速公路交通安全现状和安全事故特点,提出了高速公路安全性评价综合方法体系和主要内容,包括:公路路况核查与评价、公路交通安全现状评价、驾驶行为安全性分析、设计符合性评价、基于运行速度的安全性检验与评价、驾驶工作负荷评价六部分评价要点;为山区高速公路安全性评价工作提供了一整套客观科学、系统全面、操作性强的安全性核查、检验评价流程方法。 本文的研究和探索为我国类似山区高速公路项目安全性评价提供了方法和流程借鉴,为具体评价工作提供了可视化、高效的评价技术和手段,对有效改善我国山区高速公路运行安全现状,提升高速公路交通安全保障能力具有重要作用和意义。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the outstanding traffic safety problems in the mountainous areas and improve the ability and efficiency of the expressway traffic safety, this paper relies on the typical expressway projects in Yunnan Province, through the analysis of the road characteristics and traffic characteristics of the mountain expressway.The investigation and analysis of driving behavior, traffic accident causes and so on, based on the concept and method of running speed, the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the traffic safety of the project relying on the project, and the comprehensive improvement measures based on the project,The principle, process, content and method system of safety evaluation of mountain expressway are put forward.In view of the present situation of highway traffic safety and the characteristics of safety accidents in mountainous areas, this paper puts forward the comprehensive method system and main contents of highway safety evaluation, including: road condition verification and evaluation, highway traffic safety status evaluation.Driving behavior safety analysis, design conformity evaluation, safety test and evaluation based on running speed, driving workload evaluation, provide a set of objective science for safety evaluation of mountain highway.System comprehensive, strong operational safety verification, inspection and evaluation process methods.The research and exploration of this paper provides the method and process for the safety evaluation of similar mountain highway projects in our country, and provides visual and efficient evaluation techniques and means for the concrete evaluation work.It plays an important role and significance in improving the running safety of expressway in mountainous area of our country and enhancing the ability of highway traffic safety guarantee.
