电网企业生产作业承载能力评估分析系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着现代电网快速发展,安全管理工作中出现安全风险增大、工作量猛增、计划管理手段滞后、人员相对不足、生产班组超负荷工作、不安全现象时有发生等现象。因此,如何控制安全风险,如何量化班组工作负荷对电网的安全运行具有重要意义。生产作业承载能力是指一个生产单位(如班组)在某个特定时间段内承担生产任务的能力。该能力涉及到人员职业素质、人数、工具使用情况、工作地点以及工作时间等。进行电网企业承载能力评估分析的主要目的是对电力企业生产单位的工具、人力时间等因素构成的生产能在能力分析和把控。通过成各项承载能力在事前进行精准的分析,并在分析基础上制定符合生产单位承载能力的生产计划,通过承载能力的分析评估,改变以前对电力生产粗放式的管理。通过简单的分析、采取使用的方式对承载能力有效的分析管理。做到事前就能对所承担的工作量和工作过程中遇到的风险评估并制定应对措施,通过配备充足的后备资源,方便能快速的应对生产过程中出现的突发事件。从而真正实现电网企业生产风险可控,确保电力生产的安全。生产作业承载能力评估分析系统采用B/S三层架构设计开发,系统由4个功能模块构成,包括基础数据维护、安排计划、承载能力、承载能力越限提示。在基础数据维护模块中可实现对数据的增、删、改、查等操作,在权限控制方面,按照按照角色进行划分,实现内部用户管理、角色管理等功能;在安排计划模块中,以工作任务为中心,安排相应班组在规定时间内完成工作,同时可根据情况调整人力、工器具等;在承载能力模块中,当需要查询某个班组在某个时间段的承载能力时,会以图形及文本显示总承载力、人力承载力、工具承载力、时间承载力等。方便用户根据实际情况进行相应的工作安排,以提高企业的工作效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern power grid, the security risk increases in the safety management work, the workload increases sharply, the planning management method lags behind, the personnel is relatively insufficient, the production team overloads the work, the unsafe phenomenon occurs from time to time and so on.Therefore, how to control the security risk and how to quantify the shift workloads are of great significance to the safe operation of the power grid.The carrying capacity of a production job is the ability of a production unit (such as a team) to undertake production tasks within a certain period of time.This ability relates to professional quality, number of people, use of tools, workplace and working hours.The main purpose of evaluating and analyzing the carrying capacity of power grid enterprises is to analyze and control the production capacity of power enterprises by means of tools, manpower time and other factors.Through the accurate analysis of the bearing capacity in advance and on the basis of the analysis, the production plan which accords with the carrying capacity of the production unit is formulated. Through the analysis and evaluation of the carrying capacity, the extensive management of electric power production is changed.Through simple analysis, use the method of carrying capacity analysis and management effectively.It can assess the workload and the risk encountered in the working process beforehand and formulate the countermeasures. Through the allocation of sufficient reserve resources, it is convenient to deal with the unexpected events in the production process quickly.Therefore, the production risk of power grid enterprises can be controlled and the safety of electric power production can be ensured.The system is designed and developed with B / S three-tier architecture. The system is composed of four functional modules, including basic data maintenance, planning, carrying capacity and carrying capacity beyond the limit.In the basic data maintenance module, the data can be added, deleted, changed, checked and so on. In the area of authority control, the functions of internal user management, role management and so on can be realized according to the roles.Take the work task as the center, arrange the corresponding shift group to finish the work within the specified time, at the same time, can adjust the manpower, the work equipment and so on according to the situation; in the carrying capacity module, when need to inquire the bearing capacity of a certain group in a certain time period,Graphic and text will show the total bearing capacity, human capacity, tool capacity, time bearing capacity, etc.Convenient for users to work according to the actual situation, to improve the efficiency of the enterprise.
