核与辐射应急照射情况下公众照射的防护

【摘要】：2007年ICRP第103号出版物出版后,IAEA据此修订了安全丛书115号,形成了IAEA新的《辐射防护与辐射源安全:国际基本安全标准》(GSR-3,2014)。其中关于核与辐射应急照射情况下公众照射的防护,与115号报告有了较大的变动,本文对这些差异进行了分析,并对新标准在应用中应加以关注的相关问题进行了讨论。
[Abstract]:After the publication of ICRP publication No. 103 in 2007, IAEA revised the Safety Series 115, which formed the new IAEA radiation Protection and radiation Source Safety: international basic Safety Standard (GSR-3 / 2014). The protection of public radiation in the case of nuclear and radiation emergency exposure has changed greatly with the report No. 115. This paper analyzes these differences and discusses the relevant problems that should be paid attention to in the application of the new standard.
