除尘泡沫在输运管道内破裂与雾化的临界条件研究

【摘要】:以除尘泡沫的基本性质及气液两相流为理论基础,在实验室构建实验系统。利用实验系统对除尘泡沫在输运管道内破裂与雾化的临界条件进行实验研究,主要包括气体流量、气体压力、液体流量对发泡倍数的影响。分析实验结果得出以下结论:液体流量、风压对泡沫生成的影响基本可以忽略;当气体流量小于10 m3/h或者大于140 m3/h时泡沫都会发生破裂与雾化现象。
[Abstract]:Based on the basic properties of dust removal foam and gas-liquid two-phase flow, an experimental system was constructed in the laboratory. The critical conditions for the cracking and atomization of dust removal foam in transportation pipeline were studied by using the experimental system, including the influence of gas flow rate, gas pressure and liquid flow rate on the foaming multiple. The experimental results show that the influence of liquid flow rate and wind pressure on the formation of foam can be neglected, and when the gas flow rate is less than 10 m3 / h or more than 140 m3 / h, the foam will burst and atomize.
