矿井通风系统抗火灾能力评价方法的研究

【摘要】:矿井火灾造成的损失和危害极大,为了尽量避免矿井火灾的发生,同时在火灾一旦发生最大程度扑灭、控制火灾,有必要建立一个专门针对矿井通风系统的抗火灾能力的评价方法,能全面系统的反映出矿井所处的环境、人员和设施对矿井火灾这一事件的影响,从而验证通风系统中的各个系统的合理性、防火安全管理是否完善,其预防措施和预案是否有效,对矿井的日常防火管理工作起到监督、指导的作用。 首先,,在研究和选择通风系统抵御火灾的能力的关联因素时,除了考虑防火措施和防火管理等方面因素外,同时考虑矿井通风系统火灾状况下稳定性和灾变风流流动规律对通风系统的影响。经过相应的优化后,将通风系统抗火灾能力的评价模型构造为一个3层的层次分析模型,并由通风网络稳定性、防火措施、防火管理、火灾救援和火灾避险这5类中的27个指标因素构成。在研究其中通风系统稳定性这一子目标时,选取主要通风机运行状况、矿井通风难易程度、矿井通风阻力分布合理性、矿井通风网络复杂程度这4个正常时期通风系统稳定性因素,并提出将火风压、火灾节流效应和继发灾变这3个火灾对通风系统造成影响的因素作为通风系统的稳定性指标引入到评价体系中。 再次,对评价模型中各指标权重值的量化处理上,选择1~9级标度比较法对各指标的重要度进行比较构造判断矩阵,确定各个指标在整个评价模型的所占比例权重。在评价指标得分的界定时分为良好、合格、不合格三个级别,并通过线性隶属函数指标的得分规范化便于合成计算。在进行最后的综合评价时使用模糊综合评价法,并使用加权平均型的合算算法,能避免评价时淹没权重值较小的指标。 最后,在对生产矿井的实际评价中,根据案例矿井中通风系统中的防火设施、管理的状况以及测得相应通风参数,汇总后确立案例的评价体系中各指标的评定值,得出矿井通风系统的抗火灾能力状况,并从各个指标的评定中看出矿井中防火工作需要改进的方面,这验证了该方法的可操作性和实用性,同时该方法也可验证不同的网络改造方案的合理性。
[Abstract]:The damage and harm caused by mine fire is great. In order to avoid the occurrence of mine fire as far as possible and to control the fire once the fire occurs to the maximum extent, It is necessary to establish an evaluation method specifically for the fire resistance of mine ventilation system, which can comprehensively and systematically reflect the impact of the mine environment, personnel and facilities on the mine fire incident. In order to verify the rationality of each system in the ventilation system, whether the fire safety management is perfect or not, whether the preventive measures and plans are effective or not, it can supervise and guide the daily fire prevention management of the mine. First of all, in studying and selecting the relevant factors of ventilation system's ability to resist fire, in addition to considering fire prevention measures and fire prevention management and other factors, At the same time, the influence of the stability of mine ventilation system and the flow law of catastrophic air flow on the ventilation system is considered. After the corresponding optimization, the evaluation model of ventilation system fire resistance ability is constructed into a three-layer hierarchical analysis model, and the ventilation network stability, fire prevention measures, fire prevention management, There are 27 index factors in the five categories of fire rescue and fire risk avoidance. In the study of the ventilation system stability, the main ventilator operation condition, mine ventilation difficulty degree, mine ventilation resistance distribution rationality, the main ventilator operation condition, the mine ventilation difficulty easy degree, the mine ventilation resistance distribution rationality, The complex degree of mine ventilation network is the factor of ventilation system stability in four normal periods, and the fire wind pressure is put forward. Fire throttling effect and secondary catastrophe are three factors that affect ventilation system as the stability index of ventilation system. Thirdly, on the quantitative processing of the weight value of each index in the evaluation model, we choose the scale comparison method of 1 ~ 9 level to compare the importance of each index to construct the judgment matrix, and determine the proportion weight of each index in the whole evaluation model. The evaluation index scores can be divided into three grades: good, qualified and unqualified, and it is easy to synthesize and calculate through the standardization of the index of linear membership function. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used in the final comprehensive evaluation and the weighted average algorithm is used to avoid the inundation of the index with small weight value. Finally, in the actual evaluation of the production mine, according to the case of mine ventilation system fire prevention facilities, management conditions and measurement of the corresponding ventilation parameters, summed up to establish the case evaluation system evaluation value of each index. The fire resistance ability of mine ventilation system is obtained, and the aspects of fire prevention need to be improved from the evaluation of each index, which verifies the maneuverability and practicability of this method. At the same time, this method can also verify the rationality of different network reconstruction schemes.
