改进距离熵权MULTIMOORA的铁路应急救援方案搜索

【摘要】:将改进距离熵权下的MULTIMOORA方法应用到铁路突发事件应急方案搜索中,提出了一种快速、准确的救援方案搜寻方法。将区间数用于描述模糊且不确定的案例信息,在特征态势属性提取的基础上,提出了模糊信息下的改进距离熵权获取方法。同时将强鲁棒性的MULTIMOORA方法用于铁路突发事件应急方案搜索推理中,建立了铁路应急救援方案搜索模型。通过算例说明该方法用于铁路突发事件应急方案搜索的具体过程。案例分析结果表明,本文方法能够较好满足铁路突发事件制定应急方案的时效性与准确性需求。
[Abstract]:The improved distance entropy (MULTIMOORA) method is applied to the railway emergency scheme search, and a fast and accurate search method is proposed. Interval number is used to describe fuzzy and uncertain case information. Based on feature situation attribute extraction, an improved distance entropy weight acquisition method based on fuzzy information is proposed. At the same time, the strong robust MULTIMOORA method is applied to the railway emergency scheme search and reasoning, and the railway emergency rescue scheme search model is established. An example is given to illustrate the application of the method to railway emergency program search. The results of case study show that this method can meet the requirement of timeliness and accuracy of railway emergency planning.
