干线公路应急资源布局与配置的模糊规划模型

【摘要】:以应急准时开始可能度最大、资源布局调度费用最小为目标,在出救时间、应急资源点建设成本、资源运输成本都为区间数的条件下,构建资源布局与配置一体化的模糊规划模型。通过基于满意度水平区间数排序的转换方法将模糊规划转化成确定型规划,求模型的满意解,通过算例分析说明模型的合理性。
[Abstract]:Under the conditions that the emergency time, the construction cost of emergency resource point and the cost of resource transportation are all interval number, the aim is to maximize the possibility of emergency start on time, and to minimize the cost of resource layout and scheduling. The fuzzy programming model of the integration of resource layout and allocation is constructed. The fuzzy programming is transformed into deterministic programming based on the order of satisfaction level interval number. The satisfactory solution of the model is obtained, and the rationality of the model is illustrated by an example.
