基于运输工况下水泥混凝土搅拌运输车防侧翻技术研究

【摘要】:混凝土搅拌运输车是混凝土搅拌站和工程建设施工现场的“纽带”。近年来,大量的工程建设促进了混凝土搅拌运输车的运输,从而增加了混凝土搅拌运输车的投入使用。然而,混凝土搅拌运输车的交通事故经常发生,所以对其运输工况下的安全性研究不得不引起人们的思考。发生混凝土搅拌运输车交通事故的原因有很多,其中转弯时经常会引起搅拌运输车的侧翻事故是事故发生的主要原因之一。所以,基于运输工况下混凝土搅拌运输车的转弯安全性研究显得十分必要。 本文首先介绍了混凝土搅拌运输车的组成结构及工作原理,阐述了搅拌筒的工作原理及结构设计,通过理论分析搅拌筒质心的静态位置,搅拌筒旋转质心的变化,搅拌车转向质心的变化,总结出了质心动态变化的规律。然后建立混凝土搅拌运输车侧翻模型,求解出混凝土搅拌运输车转弯时临界侧翻的速度表达式。接下来分析了混凝土搅拌运输车在转弯时的侧翻稳定性,确定了空载时的侧翻临界速度;利用满载时整车对搅拌运输车稳定幅的影响值,确定了满载时的侧翻临界速度。之后确定混凝土搅拌运输车转弯时的预转角、转弯半径,从而计算出转弯时的安全车速,最后以某实车参数进行了工程实例分析。 基于上述理论分析,借助于LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件开发平台,搭建程序框图,并设计出所对应的前面板,面板上的参数可按要求进行手动设置,然后运行,,对比理论分析的结果,验证其虚拟仪器设计的正确性,验证结果表明虚拟仪器的运行结果和理论分析计算的结果是一致的。在配有转角、车速、称重传感器及其相应配套装置的条件下,该仪器能比较智能地实时显示混凝土搅拌运输车在转弯时的安全车速,并判断其行驶车速是否在安全车速以内并预警,从而确保转弯时的行车安全,有效地防止侧翻。
[Abstract]:Concrete mixing truck is the link between concrete mixing station and construction site. In recent years, a large number of engineering construction has promoted the transport of concrete mixing trucks, thus increasing the use of concrete mixing vehicles. However, the traffic accidents of concrete mixing truck often occur, so the research on the safety of concrete mixing truck under the condition of transportation has to arouse people's consideration. There are many reasons for the traffic accident of concrete mixing truck, among which the rollover accident is one of the main reasons. Therefore, it is necessary to study the turning safety of concrete mixing truck under transportation condition. This paper first introduces the structure and working principle of the concrete mixing truck, expounds the working principle and structure design of the mixing cylinder, analyzes the static position of the center of mass of the mixing cylinder and the variation of the rotating center of mass of the mixing cylinder. The change of the center of mass of the agitator is summarized, and the law of the dynamic change of the center of mass is summed up. Then the model of the concrete mixing truck is established, and the critical speed expression of the concrete mixing truck is obtained when it turns. Then the stability of the concrete mixing truck in turn is analyzed and the critical speed of roll over is determined. The critical speed of roll over is determined by using the influence value of the whole vehicle on the stability amplitude of the truck under full load. After that, the preturning angle and turning radius of the concrete mixing truck are determined, and the safe speed during the turning is calculated. Finally, an engineering example is given to analyze the actual vehicle parameters. Based on the above theoretical analysis, with the help of the LabVIEW virtual instrument software development platform, the program block diagram is built, and the corresponding front panel is designed. The parameters on the panel can be manually set according to the requirements, and then run, and the results of the theoretical analysis are compared. The correctness of the virtual instrument design is verified, and the results show that the operation result of the virtual instrument is consistent with that of the theoretical analysis and calculation. Under the condition of angle, speed, weighing sensor and corresponding equipment, the instrument can display the safe speed of concrete mixing truck when turning intelligently and in real time. It also determines whether the driving speed is within the safe speed and early warning, so as to ensure the safety of the traffic when turning and effectively prevent the rollover.
