溶剂解吸-气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中1-溴丙烷和2-溴丙烷

【摘要】:目的建立工作场所空气中1-溴丙烷(1-BP)和2-溴丙烷(2-BP)的溶剂解吸-气相色谱同时测定方法。方法采用活性炭管采集空气样品,以二硫化碳溶液解吸,DB-FFAP毛细管色谱柱分离,火焰离子化检测器测定。结果 1-BP和2-BP分别在37.24~2 979.00和16.38~1 310.00 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999 99。4℃冰箱中放置过夜时,1-BP和2-BP平均解吸效率分别为95.30%~96.14%、99.79%~100.76%,批内精密度分别为0.28%~0.68%和0.24%~0.38%,批间精密度分别为0.97%~1.68%和1.28%~1.61%。100 mg活性炭管的1-BP和2-BP平均穿透容量分别大于2.9、2.5 mg。1-BP和2-BP样品在室温下分别至少可保存1和16 d,在4℃冰箱中分别至少可保存10和45 d。结论本方法适用于工作场所空气中1-BP和2-BP的同时测定。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a method for simultaneous determination of 1-bromopropane (1-BP) and 2-bromopropane (2-BP) in workplace air by solvent desorption and gas chromatography. Methods the air samples were collected by activated carbon tube and separated by DB-FFAP capillary column with carbon disulfide solution, and were determined by flame ionization detector. Results the linear range of 1-BP and 2-BP was 37.24 ~ 2 979.00 and 16.38 ~ 1 310.00 mg/L, respectively. The average desorption efficiency of 1-BP and 2-BP were 95.3030 ~ 96.14 and 99.79 ~ 100.76, respectively. The intra-batch precision was 0.28 ~ 0.68% and 0.24 ~ 0.38 respectively. The precision between batches was 0.971.68% and 1.28 ~ 1.61.100mg, respectively. The average 1-BP and 2-BP penetration capacity of activated carbon tube were 0.971.68% and 1.28 ~ 1.61.100mg, respectively. At least 1 and 16 days at room temperature, and at least 10 and 45 days in refrigerator at 4 鈩,
