综放采空区遗煤自燃高效阻化泡沫防治技术

【摘要】:为解决综放工作面采空区遗煤自燃的问题,在分析煤中活性基团反应过程的基础上,提出了基于羟基型阻化剂的高效阻化泡沫防灭火技术,并对其阻化性能进行了效果考察:阻化剂将煤样交叉点温度延迟了37.6℃;煤中活性基团(甲基、亚甲基)的氧化得到遏制。构建了高效阻化泡沫防灭火系统,并在大佛寺煤矿40106综放工作面得到了应用,成功扑灭采空区隐蔽火源,24 h内将CO体积分数控制在24×10-6以下,火区熄灭后没有出现复燃迹象。
