地面定向水平孔煤层底板超前注浆防治水技术研究

【摘要】:根据赵固一矿地质和水文地质条件,分析了巷道掘进和采煤过程中二1煤层底板L8灰岩突水危险,提出采用超前注浆解决煤层底板突水。根据以往施工经验总结了常用的井下煤层底板超前注浆防治水技术,结合目前新技术的发展,研究了地面定向水平孔煤层底板超前注浆防治水技术,并对两种注浆防治水技术进行了对比分析,阐述了其各自优缺点及适用条件。结果表明,地面定向水平孔煤层底板超前注浆防治水技术适用于煤层底板防治水,并已经取得了很好的效果。
[Abstract]:According to the geological and hydrogeological conditions of Zhaogu No. 1 Coal Mine, this paper analyzes the water inrush danger of L8 limestone in the floor of No. 2 coal seam during roadway excavation and coal mining, and puts forward the method of advanced grouting to solve the water inrush of coal seam floor. According to the previous construction experience, this paper summarizes the commonly used water prevention technology of underground coal seam floor, combining with the development of new technology at present, studies the water prevention technology of ground oriented horizontal hole coal seam floor. The advantages and disadvantages and applicable conditions of two grouting technologies for water prevention and control are compared and analyzed. The results show that the technology of water prevention and control by advanced grouting on the floor of horizontal hole coal seam is suitable for the prevention of water of coal seam floor, and it has achieved good results.
