【摘要】：正日前,国家安全监管总局印发通知(安监总政法[2017]104号),发布了《安全生产标准"十三五"发展规划》(以下简称《规划》)。《规划》指出,为贯彻落实《中共中央国务院关于推进安全生产领域改革发展的意见》和《国务院关于印发深化标准化工作改革方案的通知》精神,推动实施标准化战略,充分发挥标准的技术支撑作用,促进安全生产形势持续稳定好转,依据《中华人民共和国安全生产法》《安全生产"十三五"规划》,制定《规划》。《规划》指出了当前安全生产标准体系建设工作的现状与形势,明确了指导思想、基本原则、发展目标、主要任
