【摘要】:煤炭是我国主要能源,占一次性能源消费量的70%以上。但我国煤层自燃十分严重,对煤炭生产的安全威胁很大。近距离煤层群开采在煤炭企业中比较普遍,,双鸭山矿区多个煤田都存在近距离煤层群开采现象。 本文针对双鸭山矿区东荣矿区近距离煤层群开采煤层自燃现象为研究背景,开展了煤样自然发火实验、煤自燃性程序升温实验等,测定了双鸭山煤自燃特性参数,得出了东荣二矿17层煤平均粒度为3.32mm时,以30.5℃起始温度时的实验自然发火期为36天,以20℃起始温度时的实验自然发火期为46天。并确定了东荣二矿17层煤自燃的下限氧浓度、极限漏风强度和极限浮煤厚度等自燃极限参数,为自燃危险区域判定奠定了基础。 系统分析了双鸭山矿区近距离煤层群开采自燃规律,结合复合胶体具有良好的降温、灭火、充填堵漏等性能,东荣三矿综合运用胶体防灭火技术与均压、堵漏等技术,取得良好地防灭火效果。提出了液态二氧化碳灭火灌浆量的计算方法,并在实践中验证了该计算方法的正确性,应用液态二氧化碳成功地处理了东荣二矿近距离煤层群开采顶部采空区煤柱自燃火灾,保障了安全生产取得了良好的经济社会效益
[Abstract]:Coal is the main energy in China, accounting for more than 70% of the one-time energy consumption. However, coal seam spontaneous combustion in China is very serious, which poses a great threat to the safety of coal production. Close coal seam group mining is common in coal enterprises, and there is a phenomenon of close distance coal seam group mining in many coal fields in Shuangyashan mining area. In this paper, based on the research background of spontaneous combustion of coal seams in Dongrong mining area of Shuangyashan mining area, the spontaneous combustion experiment of coal samples and the temperature programmed test of coal spontaneous combustion are carried out, and the parameters of spontaneous combustion characteristics of Shuangyashan coal are measured. When the average grain size of 17 coal layers in Dongrong No.2 Mine is 3.32mm, the experimental spontaneous combustion period is 36 days at the starting temperature of 30.5 鈩
