徐家大沟煤矿煤与瓦斯突出综合防治技术研究

【摘要】:近些年来,随着矿井机械化程度的提高,矿井开采强度的加大,开采深度的加深,矿井灾害业随之增多。反应比较突出的是矿井的瓦斯含量增大,瓦斯涌出量的增大,瓦斯压力的增大,一些矿井地质构造复杂等。为了有效的防治瓦斯事故,我们必须做好煤矿瓦斯的防治工作,减少和消除瓦斯事故,这不仅是煤矿安全生产的需要,也是矿井实现高产高效的需要,更是落实以人为本、创建和谐社会的需要。同时,搞好煤矿瓦斯治理,对促进经济建设具有重要的意义和实际应用价值。 抚顺市徐家大沟煤矿是煤与瓦斯突出矿井。该矿井现开采两个煤层,分别为J_9煤和C_(12)煤,两煤层层间距为30m。经过预测C_(12)煤层瓦斯含量、瓦斯压力均较大,确定其为突出煤层。所以在对C12煤层进行开采前必须对该煤层在防止煤与瓦斯突出方面进行研究,预测未开采区域的瓦斯涌出量、瓦斯压力、瓦斯含量。制定有效的防突技术措施,实现安全生产。 本论文主要针对徐家大沟煤矿可采煤层的瓦斯赋存情况进行研究,预测煤层瓦斯涌出量,瓦斯压力。通过模拟分析工作面开采后顶底板岩层破坏规律,工作面开采时煤层顶底板裂隙变化数值对矿井的采场、围岩的变化规律进行了定性、定量的研究分析。获得了科学可靠的分析数据。同时结合煤与瓦斯突出的规定提出了相应的防治措施。通过研究分析,确定了进行瓦斯抽采的参数和数据,为矿井今后进行瓦斯防治,合理进行开采提供可参考的资料。并采取行之有效的区域防突措施以及局部防突措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increase of mechanization, mining intensity and mining depth, the mine disaster industry increases. The more outburst reaction is the increase of gas content, gas emission, gas pressure and complex geological structure in some mines. In order to prevent and control gas accidents effectively, we must do well the prevention and control of coal mine gas, reduce and eliminate gas accidents, which is not only the need of coal mine safety production, but also the need of mine to achieve high production and efficiency, but also to implement people-oriented. The need to create a harmonious society. At the same time, it is of great significance and practical application value to improve the economic construction of coal mine gas control. Fushun Xujiagou coal mine is a coal and gas outburst mine. The mine is now mining two coal seams, Jji 9 and Che 12) coal, the interval between the two coal layers is 30 m. After predicting the gas content in the coal seam, the gas pressure is high, and it is determined as the outburst coal seam. So it is necessary to study the prevention of coal and gas outburst in the coal seam C12 before mining, to predict the amount of gas emission, gas pressure and gas content in the unmined area. Formulate effective technical measures to prevent outburst and realize safety in production. In this paper, the gas occurrence of coal seam in Xujiagou coal mine is studied, and the quantity of gas emission and gas pressure are predicted. Through the simulation analysis of the failure law of the roof and floor strata after mining in the working face and the change value of the roof and floor cracks in the coal seam during the coal face mining, the variation law of the stope and surrounding rock of the mine is studied qualitatively and quantitatively. Scientific and reliable analytical data are obtained. Combined with the regulation of coal and gas outburst, the corresponding prevention measures are put forward. Through research and analysis, the parameters and data of gas extraction are determined, which can be used as reference materials for gas prevention and control and reasonable mining in the future. And take effective regional outburst prevention measures and local anti-outburst measures.
