电力安全工器具管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:安全电器具的管理是一个供电企业能否安全的生产的关键。随着电力企业改革的不断深入,安全生产也逐渐成为电力企业追求的重要目标之一。安全工器具是保证电力企业正常运作的基本工具,其科学有效的管理保证电力企业日常生产、安全管理的重要因素。随着供电企业的发展,安全工器具的数量和种类呈持续增长状态,传统的手工记录核实的管理办法已经不能满足发展的需要。本文研究了国内外安全工器具管理的发展背景,深入分析了达州电业局安全工器具管理现状,并总结出现有管理方法中存在的不足和问题,采用热门的开发工具ASP.NET技术和SQL Server数据库技术,系统架构选择较为前沿的C/S架构,开发出一套适合达州电业局内部使用的高效的安全工器具管理系统。坚持以人为本,将安全工器具的管理推向一条无纸化,信息化的道路。本文首先介绍了论文选题背景,阐述了国内外安全工器具管理办法,简单介绍了系统开发用到的关键技术。通过走访达州电业局各部门,明确系统的设计要求和设计目标,并对技术架构和达州电业局工器具管理业务进行分析,给出了系统的需求分析;其次对系统开发的网络结构设计、技术架构、功能框架和安全性设计进行了详细的介绍,给出了主要模块的详细设计方案;最后实现了达州电业局安全工器具管理系统的开发。本系统将安全工器具的领用、配发、归还和检验复杂的管理流程简单化,提高了管理效率,摒弃了人工纸质登记的低效率管理方式,满足了达州电业局对安全工器具的信息化管理需求。本系统采用ASP.NET三层设计架构,采用客户端/浏览器模式,使得系统的开发成本降到最低,保证了系统的可维护性和可扩充性,客户只需安装浏览器客户端即可通过内网或者外网连接系统使用。通过系统的上线使用,证明了达州电业局电力安全工器具工具的理论可行性和实际的易操作性,完成系统的开发需求,达到了预期效果。
[Abstract]:The management of safety electrical appliances is the key to the safe production of a power supply enterprise. With the deepening of electric power enterprise reform, safety production has gradually become one of the important goals pursued by electric power enterprises. Safety equipment is the basic tool to ensure the normal operation of electric power enterprises. Its scientific and effective management ensures the daily production and safety management of power enterprises. With the development of power supply enterprises, the number and types of safety devices are increasing continuously. The traditional management method of manual record verification can not meet the needs of development. In this paper, the development background of safety apparatus management at home and abroad is studied, and the present situation of safety apparatus management in Dazhou Electric Power Bureau is analyzed, and the shortcomings and problems in the existing management methods are summarized. By adopting the popular development tools ASP.NET and SQL Server database technology, the system structure selects the advanced C / S architecture, and develops a set of efficient safety tools management system suitable for the internal use of DEA. Adhere to people-oriented, the management of safety appliances to a paperless, information-based road. Firstly, this paper introduces the background of the thesis, describes the management methods of safety tools at home and abroad, and briefly introduces the key technologies used in the development of the system. By visiting every department of DEAB, the design requirements and design objectives of the system are defined, and the technical framework and the management business of DEAB are analyzed, and the requirement analysis of the system is given. Secondly, the network structure, technical framework, function framework and security design of the system are introduced in detail, and the detailed design scheme of the main modules is given. Finally, the development of the safety equipment management system of Dazhou Electric Power Bureau is realized. The system simplifies the complicated management process of receiving, distributing, returning and testing safety tools, improves the management efficiency, and abandons the low efficiency management mode of manual paper registration. Meet the information management requirements of DEAB for safety equipment. The system adopts ASP.NET three-layer design framework and client / browser mode, which makes the development cost of the system to the minimum, and ensures the maintainability and expansibility of the system. The client only needs to install the browser client to connect to the system through the intranet or the extranet. Through the on-line use of the system, it is proved that the theoretical feasibility and practical ease of operation of the electric power safety tools in Dazhou Electric Power Bureau, and the system development requirements have been fulfilled, and the expected results have been achieved.
