高瓦斯易自燃煤层巷道高冒火灾防治技术

【摘要】:针对高瓦斯冲击矿压煤层高冒区自然发火,从采动影响、通风、传热等方面详细阐述胡家河矿402103回风顺槽高冒区浮煤产生的原因。针对胡家河矿103回风顺槽高冒区高温点的特点,提出了喷水降温及注凝胶2种防灭火技术相互配合作用的防灭火措施。实践证明,注浆防灭火和注凝胶防灭火技术相互配合能够有效的扑灭并防治高冒区的煤炭自燃,是治理高瓦斯冲击矿压煤层高冒火区的理想途径。
[Abstract]:In view of the spontaneous combustion in the high caving area of coal seam with high gas impact, the causes of floating coal in the high caving area of 402103 return air in Hujiahe Coal Mine are described in detail from the aspects of mining effect, ventilation, heat transfer, and so on. In view of the characteristics of high temperature points in the high caving area of No. 103 return air in Hujiahe Mine, two kinds of fire prevention and extinguishing measures are put forward, which are water spray cooling and gel injection. It has been proved by practice that the cooperation of grouting fire prevention and gel-injection fire prevention and extinguishing technology can effectively extinguish and prevent the spontaneous combustion of coal in high caving area, which is an ideal way to control high gas impact coal seam high fire area.
