采空区遗煤残余瓦斯含量及解吸规律与遗煤粒径的关系

【摘要】:为提高煤矿采空区遗煤可抽采瓦斯量评估的准确性,利用自主研制的采空区遗煤残余瓦斯解吸模拟实验装置,模拟密闭采空区条件下的不同粒径煤样瓦斯解吸过程,拟合并推导出遗煤残余瓦斯解吸速度与时间、粒径的函数关系式,以及遗煤累计瓦斯解吸量经验计算公式。验证表明,所推导的遗煤瓦斯解吸公式能够较好地描述粒径对实验煤样瓦斯解吸规律的影响,能较好地体现粒径对煤样累计瓦斯解吸量变化的影响。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the accuracy of the evaluation of the amount of gas extracted from the residual coal in the goaf of coal mine, a simulated experimental device developed by ourselves is used to simulate the process of gas desorption of coal samples with different particle sizes under the condition of the closed goaf. The relationship between the desorption speed and time, the particle size of residual gas and the empirical formula for calculating the total amount of gas desorption from residual coal are deduced. The results show that the derived formula can better describe the influence of particle size on the experimental coal sample gas desorption law, and can better reflect the influence of particle size on the change of coal sample cumulative gas desorption capacity.
