无卤阻燃尼龙6阻隔防爆材料的制备及研究

【摘要】:在微胶囊化红磷母粒和氢氧化镁复配体系中添加少量有机蒙脱土(抗滴落剂),研究阻燃剂配比与材料阻燃性能、力学性能之间的关系。采用熔融挤出方式制备无卤阻燃尼龙6阻隔防爆材料,并对材料力学性能、热稳定性、微观形貌进行研究。研究表明:当氢氧化镁和微胶囊化红磷的比例为3∶2时,协同阻燃作用最佳;阻燃剂总量为15%时,材料的阻燃等级达到UL94V-0级别;当加入1%的有机蒙脱土后,阻燃剂总含量由15%降低至14%,仍可保持阻燃级别为V-0。通过热失重分析发现,添加填料可以提高阻隔防爆材料的热稳定性;有机蒙脱土能够插层尼龙6树脂中,提高填料与基体间的相互作用力,具有改善阻隔防爆材料机械性能的作用。
[Abstract]:A small amount of organic montmorillonite (anti-dropping agent) was added to the microencapsulated red phosphorus masterbatch and magnesium hydroxide system to study the relationship between the ratio of flame retardants and the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of the materials. The halogen free flame retardant nylon 6 barrier and explosion proof material was prepared by melt extrusion, and the mechanical properties, thermal stability and microscopic morphology of the material were studied. The results show that when the ratio of magnesium hydroxide and microencapsulated red phosphorus is 3:2, the synergistic flame retardant effect is the best; when the total amount of flame retardant is 15, the flame retardant grade of the material reaches UL94V-0 grade, and when 1% organic montmorillonite is added, When the total content of flame retardant is reduced from 15% to 14%, the flame-retardant grade can still be maintained at V-0. By thermogravimetric analysis, it was found that the addition of fillers could improve the thermal stability of the barrier materials, and the organic montmorillonite could intercalate the nylon 6 resin to improve the interaction between filler and matrix. The utility model has the function of improving the mechanical properties of the barrier explosion proof material.
