基于数值模拟的槽边射流吹吸罩控制面与控制风速研究

【摘要】:槽边射流吹吸罩已广泛应用,但以射流理论为基础的计算方法多通过经验确定关键控制参数,并进行设计和应用,忽略了一些因素对吹吸流场的影响,难以准确确定槽边射流吹吸罩控制面板位置和控制污染物所需最小风速的要求。因此,以苏联巴杜林的射流末端速度法为例,利用计算机流体力学计算技术,对不同送排风速情况下三维槽边射流吹吸罩的流场分布和毒物控制效果进行模拟分析,确定槽边射流吹吸罩控制面位于0.6~0.8 L的位置,一般取0.65 L的位置,为防止污染物扩散,控制面的风速不宜小于1.28 m/s。
[Abstract]:The fluted jet suction cover has been widely used, but the calculation method based on the jet theory determines the key control parameters by experience, designs and applies, and neglects the influence of some factors on the suction field. It is difficult to determine the position of the control panel and the minimum wind speed required to control the pollutants. Therefore, taking the end velocity method of jet in Badulin, USSR, as an example, the flow field distribution and toxic control effect of three dimensional jet suction hood with different feeding and discharging wind speeds are simulated and analyzed by using computer hydrodynamic calculation technology. It is determined that the control surface of the fluted jet suction hood is located at the position of 0.6m 0.8 L, and the position of 0.65 L is generally taken. In order to prevent the diffusion of pollutants, the wind speed of the control surface should not be less than 1.28 m / s.
