基于环境监测的煤炭堆场智能洒水系统研究

【摘要】:提出了一种更加高效节能的基于环境监测的采用堆栈自编码器和模糊控制模型的智能洒水系统。通过无线传感器网络将环境监测与洒水控制系统相连接,利用小型气象站实现对堆场环境的实时监测和预测分析,并依据环境中的风、温度等主要影响因素变化和趋势,智能控制洒水装置的开启、关闭以及洒水量。从实际应用效果来看,基于环境监测的智能洒水系统提高了抑尘效果,降低了用水量,粉尘控制效率达到90%,水资源利用率达到86%。
[Abstract]:A more efficient and energy-saving intelligent sprinkler system using stack self encoder and fuzzy control model based on environmental monitoring is proposed. Through the wireless sensor network, the environment monitoring and sprinkler control system are connected, and the real-time monitoring and prediction analysis of the yard environment is realized by using small weather stations, and the wind and temperature in the environment are based on the wind and temperature. From the actual application effect, the intelligent sprinkler system based on environmental monitoring improves the dust suppression effect, reduces the water consumption, the dust control efficiency reaches 90%, and the water resource utilization rate reaches 86%..
