工程施工现场安全监控方法研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济发展的不断加速,建筑行业有了长足的发展逐渐成为是我国经济社会发展的重要支柱。然而施工安全事故的频繁发生为所有建筑行业工作者敲响了警钟。目前施工现场的安全管控措施主要依赖于人工监管,但施工现场人员的文明程度低,缺乏自我保护及提前发现危险的意识,加之施工现场空间错综复杂、人与设备交叉严重的作业环境,使得施工现场中的存在着不同程度的安全隐患,许多危险源没有真正的受控。加强建筑行业施工现场的安全监控,做到防范于未然,确保人身安全势在必行。本文介绍了当前工程施工现场的安全管理状况,分析了当前施工管理中存在的一些问题和管理办法的局限性。对目前安全事故类型进行分类,探讨引发安全施工的诱因。以解决目前伤亡率最高的高处坠落事故为重点展开后续研究。介绍CAN总线协议的相关内容,分析了工作原理及数据的基本结构。利用超声波原理设计出基于CAN总线传输的测距系统,对系统的硬件选择给出设计方案,并对如何搭建CAN总线信号列表进行了详细阐明,使用CAN Editor对设计方案进行了仿真。介绍了RFID系统的构成、工作原理和相关的室内定位技术。通过反复实地测量,确定信号衰减因子数值,确定了无线信号在自由空间内传播的模型。采用CC2530开发平台,利用接收信号强度指示RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indication)方法设计出定位方案,建立出测距模型,并对系统进行仿真计算出平均误差值。在实际工程施工现场,模拟施工人员在正常工作时突然出现不安全行为,验证了系统的可行性。测试结果表明本文研究对提高施工安全管理水平,降低事故发生率,保障建筑工人的生命健康有一定的作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the construction industry has made great progress and become an important pillar of our country's economic and social development. However, the frequent occurrence of construction safety accidents has sounded the alarm for all construction workers. At present, the safety control measures of the construction site mainly rely on manual supervision, but the construction site personnel have a low level of civilization, lack of self-protection and awareness of finding danger in advance, and the construction site space is complicated. Because of the serious working environment between human and equipment, there are some hidden dangers in the construction site, and many dangerous sources are not really controlled. It is imperative to strengthen the safety monitoring of construction site in construction industry, to prevent it from happening and to ensure personal safety. This paper introduces the current situation of safety management in engineering construction site, analyzes some problems existing in current construction management and the limitation of management methods. The types of safety accidents are classified and the inducements of safety construction are discussed. The following research is focused on solving the high fall accident which has the highest casualty rate at present. This paper introduces the related contents of can bus protocol, analyzes the working principle and the basic structure of data. The ranging system based on can bus transmission is designed by using the principle of ultrasonic wave. The hardware selection of the system is given, and how to set up the can bus signal list is explained in detail, and the design scheme is simulated with can Editor. This paper introduces the structure, working principle and relative indoor positioning technology of RFID system. The signal attenuation factor is determined by repeated field measurements, and the model of wireless signal propagation in free space is established. Based on CC2530 development platform, the location scheme is designed by using the received signal strength indicator (RSSI) method, and the ranging model is established, and the average error value is calculated by simulating the system. At the actual construction site, the unsafe behavior of the construction personnel is simulated, which verifies the feasibility of the system. The test results show that this study can improve the level of construction safety management, reduce the incidence of accidents, and protect the life and health of construction workers.
