基于DCS技术的渭化集团一期供排水系统技术改进和实现

【摘要】:陕西渭河煤化工集团有限责任公司,是陕西省“八五”时期建设的大型化工企业,是我国现代煤化工发展和新一代煤气化技术应用的先行企业。渭化集团一期供排水装置1995年3月建成并投入运行,是使用了近20年的以手动为主的控制系统。仪器、仪表及设备都比较陈旧,各种设备的维护费用也比较高,由此,给安全生产带来了较大的隐患,同时废水处理各个岗位布局战线长、分散广,落后的信息收集和传递方式,给生产管理的决策造成了极为不便,严重制约了企业的生产及发展,因此采用计算机网络及控技术进行系统的升级改造十分迫切和必要。 应用DCS技术,对渭化集团一期供排水装置控制系统,进行技术改进和实现。结合生产实际,对循环水冷却塔池液位调节系统,采用分程控制原理;对循环水总磷含量监测装置,采用自调整模糊PID控制原理;对冷却塔风机动力系统,应用水轮机取代了电动机驱动风机。上述技术改进,不仅提升了供排水装置的自动化水平,保证了供排水装置的平稳运行;而且可以将工艺运行数据实时上传至生产调度中心,给生产管理部门的正确决策提供了准确的、在线的、实时的信息和数据;大大地提升集团公司的整体技术水平和经济效益。 对一期供排水装置的DCS技术改进和实现,符合我国和陕西省以及渭南市的产业发展政策,有利于在传统的化工领域,应用和推广高新技术的产业化,对于建立和谐社会和保护环境都具有十分重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Shaanxi Weihe Coal Chemical Group Co., Ltd. is a large chemical enterprise built in the eighth Five-Year Plan period of Shaanxi Province. It is also a leading enterprise in the development of modern coal chemical industry and the application of new generation coal gasification technology in China. The first stage water supply and drainage device of Weihua Group was built and put into operation in March 1995. It is a manual control system which has been used for nearly 20 years. Instruments, instruments and equipment are all relatively old, and the maintenance costs of various equipment are also relatively high. As a result, it has brought great hidden dangers to safety in production. At the same time, the waste water treatment has a long line of distribution and is widely dispersed in various posts. The backward way of information collection and transmission has caused great inconvenience to the decision of production management and seriously restricted the production and development of enterprises. Therefore, it is very urgent and necessary to adopt computer network and control technology to upgrade and transform the system. Using DCS technology, the control system of water supply and drainage device in Weihua Group is improved and realized. Combined with the production practice, the principle of fractional control is adopted for the liquid level regulation system of circulating water cooling tower pool, the self-adjusting fuzzy pid control principle is used for the monitoring device of total phosphorus content of circulating water, and the fan power system of cooling tower is used. The hydraulic turbine is used to replace the motor driven fan. The above technical improvement not only improves the automation level of the water supply and drainage device, but also ensures the smooth operation of the water supply and drainage device, and can upload the process operation data to the production dispatch center in real time. It provides accurate, online and real-time information and data for the right decision of the production management department, and greatly improves the overall technical level and economic efficiency of the group company. The improvement and implementation of DCS technology for the first stage of water supply and drainage plant is in line with the industrial development policies of China, Shaanxi Province and Weinan City, and is conducive to the application and promotion of the industrialization of high and new technology in the traditional chemical industry. For the establishment of a harmonious society and the protection of the environment has a very important significance.
