大庆油田电网雷电定位监测系统应用研究

【摘要】:随着社会的发展、经济的进步,人们对电能的质量和安全的要求越来越高。电网建设步伐的不断加快、结构的逐步完善大幅度提高了电力系统的安全稳定性,使破坏电力系统稳定的事故次数逐步下降。但由自然灾害引发的事故仍不时发生,且后果更不容忽视。近些年来,随着油田电网快速的发展,增加了变电所和输电线路的密度,使电网的网络构架日趋复杂。每当恶劣的气象天气时,就会对电网的安全运行产生严重的危害,特别是近些年来的雷电、大风、冰雨等极端恶劣的天气导致的电网故障对油田电网的安全运行已经产生了严重的影响,油田原油的生产也因此造成了很大的损失。 本论文建立油田电网雷电监测系统应用于油田电力网络,本系统采用“时间到达+定向”综合定位模型,提高了系统雷击点的定位精度和探测效率。防雷系统以计算机网络为基础,前置服务器与副站采集设备采用GPRS无线与网络技术相结合通信,,将各探头的定位监测数据进行整合,通过数据服务器进行数据处理及存储,可靠性高,实现了收集、处理、存储、查询、统计等功能。并能及时、准确的在企业网web中提供雷电数据定位信息,快速查找线路雷击故障点,指导巡线。使油田电网针对不同雷电情况采取适当的防雷措施,提高电网防雷能力,减少雷电所造成的损失,为输电线路或其它电力设施的设计和运行、维护提供充分的防雷依据,最大限程度地减少停电损失。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the progress of economy, the quality and safety of electric energy are demanded more and more. With the accelerating pace of power grid construction and the gradual improvement of the structure, the safety and stability of the power system are greatly improved, and the number of accidents that destroy the stability of the power system is gradually reduced. But accidents caused by natural disasters still occur from time to time, and the consequences can not be ignored. In recent years, with the rapid development of oilfield power grid, the density of substations and transmission lines has been increased. Whenever the weather is bad, it will cause serious harm to the safe operation of the power grid, especially the lightning and strong winds in recent years. Grid failures caused by extreme severe weather such as ice and rain have had a serious impact on the safe operation of the oil field grid, and the production of crude oil in the oil field has also caused great losses. In this paper, the lightning monitoring system of oil field power network is established and applied to the electric power network of oil field. The system adopts the "time arrival orientation" integrated positioning model, which improves the location accuracy and detection efficiency of the lightning strike point of the system. The lightning protection system is based on the computer network, and the pre-server and the sub-station acquisition equipment use GPRS wireless and network technology to communicate, integrate the positioning and monitoring data of each probe, and process and store the data through the data server. High reliability, achieve collection, processing, storage, query, statistics and other functions. And can timely and accurately in the enterprise network web to provide lightning data location information, quickly find fault points of line lightning strike, guide line inspection. The appropriate lightning protection measures should be taken in accordance with different lightning conditions in oil field power grid, so as to improve the lightning protection capability of the power grid, reduce the losses caused by lightning, and provide sufficient lightning protection basis for the design and operation of transmission lines or other power facilities, and for the maintenance and maintenance of the transmission lines and other power facilities.
