基于ABAQUS的冰雹撞击有限元分析

【摘要】:进入到本世纪,气候在全球范围内呈现出极端天气多发的特点,同时航空业在更高航速、更多航班方面取得了较大发展,因天气条件不佳导致的航班延误和飞行事故屡有发生。其中冰雹撞击问题日益成为威胁航空航天飞行器飞行安全的新课题。目前,国内的冰雹撞击工程实验和相关计算机模拟均处于起步阶段,凭借成本低、效率高等优点,利用ABAQUS软件进行冰雹撞击的有限元模拟,就是当前防撞、抗撞设计研究的重点方向之一。 本文历数了近五十年的冰雹撞击的事件,概述了冰雹撞击事故发生的特点,并总结了现阶段在这一问题上研究的不同途径,在此基础上提出了基于ABAQUS软件的有限元仿真的方法。本文介绍了ABAQUS软件的组成部分和操作流程,详述了弹塑性、弹塑性动力学、接触-碰撞等相关理论、数值解法及其在ABAQUS软件中的应用,研究了冰雹材料的力学特性,总结了高应变率下冰雹材料模型的定义,归纳出在ABAQUS软件虚拟环境中的冰雹本构模型及分离准则。对不同粒径、不同速度、不同入射角度、不同离心率的模拟冰雹进行了仿真计算,,并将计算结果与工程实验结果进行了对比研究。 试验结果的对比表明:基于ABAQUS的有限元模拟方法能够较好地展现冰雹撞击的自然过程,该种方法在该问题的研究上具有一定可用性。通过对不同情况的模拟,初步探讨了不同情况下冰雹撞击的特点、规律,从而为进一步的设计研究提供了有价值的参考。
[Abstract]:In this century, the climate is characterized by frequent extreme weather on a global scale. At the same time, the aviation industry has made great progress in higher speed and more flights, due to the poor weather conditions caused by flight delays and frequent flight accidents. Among them, hail impact has become a new problem threatening the flight safety of aerospace vehicles. At present, domestic hail impact engineering experiments and related computer simulation are in the initial stage. With the advantages of low cost and high efficiency, the finite element simulation of hail impact using Abaqus software is the current collision prevention. One of the key research directions of collision design. In this paper, the hailstorm events of nearly 50 years have been counted, the characteristics of hailstorm impact accidents have been summarized, and the different ways to study this problem at the present stage have been summarized. On this basis, the finite element simulation method based on Abaqus software has been put forward. In this paper, the components and operation flow of Abaqus software are introduced. The theory of elastoplasticity, elastoplastic dynamics, contact-collision, numerical solution and its application in Abaqus software are described in detail. The mechanical properties of hail materials are studied. The definition of hail material model at high strain rate is summarized, and the hail constitutive model and separation criterion in Abaqus software virtual environment are summarized. The simulated hail with different particle size, different velocity, different incidence angle and different centrifugal rate was simulated, and the calculated results were compared with the experimental results. The comparison of the experimental results shows that the finite element simulation method based on Abaqus can well show the natural process of hail impact, and this method is useful in the study of this problem. Through the simulation of different conditions, the characteristics and rules of hail impact under different conditions are discussed preliminarily, which provides a valuable reference for further design research.
