【摘要】：正为加强安全生产应急救援科技创新,推动先进技术与成果的推广应用,进一步提升生产安全事故应急救援能力,2017年4月28日,国家安全生产应急救援指挥中心印发了《关于征集安全生产应急救援科技论文的通知》(应指技装⺌2017⺗19号,以下简称《通知》),面向全国征集安全生产应急救援科技论文。此次征集论文适用于煤矿、金属与非金属矿山、石油天然气开采储运、危险化学品、烟花爆竹、交通运输、建筑施工、冶金等安全生产重点行业领域,在应急救援技术装备研发和应急救援实践中具有创新性的救援理论、救援技术、
