先进压水堆核电厂汽机房通风系统模拟研究

【摘要】:以某先进压水堆核电厂汽机房为研究对象,计算了汽机房的散热量,获得了各层散热量分布情况。在构建汽机房几何结构的基础上,建立了汽机房内空气流动与传热过程的理论模型并进行了数值计算,开展了4种通风方案情况下的空气流动与传热的模拟研究。依据模拟所得的室内流场情况,采用能量利用系数等指标对4种通风方式进行了综合评价。研究结果表明:通风方案对工作区平均温度低于32℃区域所占比例有较大影响,选用含机械进风通风方案在降低工作区温度方面具有优势。机械进风、机械排风的通风方案是汽机房通风系统的优选方案。
[Abstract]:Taking the steam engine room of an advanced PWR nuclear power plant as the research object, the heat dissipation of the steam engine room is calculated, and the distribution of heat dissipation in each layer is obtained. On the basis of constructing the geometry of steam engine room, the theoretical model of air flow and heat transfer process in steam engine room is established, and the numerical calculation is carried out, and the simulation study of air flow and heat transfer under four ventilation schemes is carried out. According to the simulated indoor flow field, the energy utilization coefficient was used to evaluate the four ventilation modes. The results show that the ventilation scheme has great influence on the proportion of the average temperature of the working area below 32 鈩,
