溶剂解吸-气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中2-甲氧基乙基乙酸酯和2-乙氧基乙基乙酸酯

【摘要】:目的建立同时测定工作场所空气中2-甲氧基乙基乙酸酯(2-MEA)和2-乙氧基乙基乙酸酯(2-EEA)的溶剂解吸-气相色谱测定法。方法空气样品采用活性炭管采集,以1.0 mL体积分数为5.00%(V/V)甲醇-二氯甲烷溶液解吸,毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器测定。结果 2-MEA和2-EEA分别在质量浓度为1.50~2 403.84和1.79~2 871.20 mg/L时线性关系良好,相关系数均为0.999 8;最低定量浓度分别为0.20和0.09mg/m~3(以采集3.00 L空气计);平均解吸效率分别为98.08%~99.67%和94.34%~99.79%;批内相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.77%~3.51%和1.72%~3.01%,批间RSD分别为2.27%~4.44%和2.31%~4.19%。样品在室温下至少可保存14 d。结论本方法适用于工作场所空气中2-MEA和2-EEA的采样及检测。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a solvent desorption gas chromatographic method for simultaneous determination of 2-methoxyacetate (2-MEA) and 2-ethoxyacetate (2-EEA) in workplace air. Methods the air samples were collected by activated carbon tube and desorbed by 1.0 mL volume fraction of 5.00% (V / V) methanol-dichloromethane solution, separated by capillary column and determined by flame ionization detector. Results the linear relationship between 2-MEA and 2-EEA was good when the mass concentrations were 1.50 渭 g / L and 1.79 mg / L, respectively. The average desorption efficiency was 98.08 ~ 99.67% and 94.34 ~ 99.79% respectively, and the relative standard deviation was 1.77 ~ 3.51% and 1.72 ~ 3.01, respectively. The relative standard deviations between batches were 2.274.44% and 2.31% respectively. The samples can be preserved at room temperature for at least 14 days. Conclusion this method is suitable for sampling and detection of 2-MEA and 2-EEA in workplace air.
