基于人因工程的施工人员安全教育系统研究

【摘要】:建筑业是社会行业的重要组成部门,保证其安全性是国民经济稳定健康发展的重要前提,虽然现阶段我国建筑行业的安全事故每年的同比数据都有一定程度的降低,但建筑安全的整体形势却并不乐观。随着机械化水平的不断推进,建筑行业对参与者安全知识技能水平的要求也随之增加,开展切实有效的安全教育工作是从源头上降低安全事故发生概率、提升建筑施工生产安全状态的有效途径之一。本文以建筑施工安全管理以及施工企业安全教育现状为背景进行分析,挖掘施工不安全形势产生的深层原因,确定开展有效的安全教育可以提升施工安全生产状态。人因工程使人工作的更有效、更安全、更舒适的基本理念已经在诸多领域广泛应用,利用其基本理论结合相关编程软件构建一个基于人因工程的施工人员安全教育系统,并结合实例对其安全教育效果进行验证和改善。论文的框架如下:首先,本文参考和研究了大量与施工安全教育和人因工程有关的文献和资料,整合我国施工人员安全教育的现状,对其不足之处进行了分析与归纳,结合人因工程学综合分析人-机器-环境的特点及其在安全管理相关领域的发展应用,分析了将人因工程运用于安全教育系统设计的可行性及优势。其次,通过对现有的建筑行业安全教育相关规范进行分析,结合建筑施工人员的特点以及人因工程学的相关理论知识,确定了基于人因工程的施工人员安全教育系统的各项功能,主要包括档案信息管理、知识技能培训、考核与交流反馈等三部分;然后利用Dreamweaver,Visual Studio等编程软件对安全教育系统进行编程设计。最后结合实例对安全教育系统进行验证分析,利用CIPP评价模型构建安全教育效果评价指标,通过验证实验得到分析数据,利用SPSS软件对所得数据进行分析处理。根据验证分析的结果对所构建的安全教育系统提出了“提升安全知识技能”和“开展安全知识继续教育”两方面的改善措施。综上所述,本文的研究在施工企业安全教育相关规定的基础上,结合人因工程理论构建了一个较为人性化的施工人员安全教育系统,经验证此系统可以提升学员的学习热情、强化安全教育的效果,进而提升施工企业整体的安全状态,为施工人员安全教育效果的提升提供了一个与人因工程相结合的新思路。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is an important component of the social industry, and ensuring its safety is an important prerequisite for the steady and healthy development of the national economy. Although at this stage, the annual data of safety accidents in the construction industry in our country have been reduced to a certain extent. But the overall situation of building safety is not optimistic. With the development of mechanization, the demands of the construction industry on the safety knowledge and skills of the participants are also increasing. To carry out effective safety education is to reduce the probability of safety accidents from the source. One of the effective ways to improve the safety of construction and production. Based on the background of construction safety management and safety education in construction enterprises, this paper analyzes the deep causes of unsafe construction situation, and determines that effective safety education can promote construction safety production. The basic idea of making people work more effectively, more safely and more comfortable has been widely used in many fields. Using its basic theory and related programming software to construct a safety education system for construction personnel based on human factor engineering. The effect of safety education is verified and improved with examples. The framework of the thesis is as follows: firstly, this paper has consulted and studied a large number of documents and materials related to construction safety education and human factor engineering, integrated the present situation of safety education of construction personnel in our country, and analyzed and summarized its shortcomings. Combined with the comprehensive analysis of human-machine-environment characteristics and their development and application in safety management, the feasibility and advantages of applying human factor engineering to safety education system design are analyzed. Secondly, through the analysis of the existing construction industry safety education related norms, combined with the characteristics of construction workers and human engineering related theoretical knowledge, The functions of the safety education system for construction personnel based on human engineering are determined, including the management of file information, the training of knowledge and skills, the examination and exchange and feedback. Then the safety education system is programmed and designed by using the programming software such as Dreamweaver Visual Studio. Finally, the safety education system is verified and analyzed by an example. The CIPP evaluation model is used to construct the evaluation index of safety education effect. The analysis data are obtained through the verification experiment, and the data are analyzed and processed by SPSS software. According to the results of the verification analysis, the measures of improving the safety education system are put forward in the aspects of "improving the safety knowledge and skills" and "carrying out the continuing education of safety knowledge". To sum up, on the basis of the relevant regulations of safety education in construction enterprises, this paper constructs a humanized safety education system for constructors combined with the theory of human factor engineering, and proves that this system can enhance the students' enthusiasm for learning. Strengthening the effect of safety education, and then improving the overall safety state of construction enterprises, provides a new way of thinking combined with human engineering for the improvement of safety education effect of construction personnel.
