呼吸器氧气瓶爆破数值模拟

【摘要】:针对呼吸器氧气瓶压力失效造成的危害,采用显式非线性动力有限元软件LS-DYNA对一定TNT当量下的圆柱形氧气瓶进行数值模拟,分析氧气瓶受力爆破过程,得出氧气瓶在压力失效爆破时元素节点的速度。结果表明:氧气瓶在中心环面处出现塑性失稳,裂纹轴向扩展进而爆破,破片元素速度较大,为氧气瓶防爆装置设计提供理论基础。
[Abstract]:In view of the damage caused by the pressure failure of the oxygen bottle in the respirator, the cylindrical oxygen cylinder under certain TNT equivalent is simulated by the explicit nonlinear dynamic finite element software LS-DYNA, and the force and blasting process of the oxygen cylinder is analyzed. The velocity of the element node in the oxygen cylinder during the pressure failure blasting is obtained. The results show that the oxygen bottle is at the center torus. Plastic instability, crack axial expansion and blasting, fragment element velocity is larger, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of explosion proof device for oxygen cylinder.
