近距离煤岩独巷同向递进快速消突技术

【摘要】:为解决端氏煤矿集中回风巷独头掘进快速消突问题,借助近距离煤岩独巷同向递进的开拓条件,采用顺层孔和穿层孔立体交叉抽采技术全面控制防突区域。抽采期间为防治轨道大巷炮掘扰动破坏钻孔,顺层孔采用全孔段下放筛管以及穿层孔采用"破孔、透孔、分段封孔"三步走二次封孔的防突保障技术,实现防突钻孔高效、持久抽采。经过区域预抽35~40 d后,集中回风巷正前方和两侧15 m范围内煤体的残余瓦斯含量均小于8 m~3/t,满足区域防突效果检验要求,实现独头煤巷快速消突,保障"抽、掘"平衡。
