瓦斯突出参数检测系统设计

【摘要】:针对煤矿生产过程中瓦斯突出动力灾害难以预测的难题,设计了一套通过测定煤样瓦斯参数预测瓦斯突出灾害的智能检测系统。该系统以STM32F103控制器为核心,根据等压解吸原理测定不同时间点取样罐内的压力变化,进而根据测得的相应瓦斯指标进行数据处理,最终对工作面瓦斯突出危险性进行预测。
[Abstract]:In view of the difficult problem that the dynamic disaster of gas outburst in coal mine is difficult to predict, a set of intelligent detection system is designed to predict the gas outburst disaster by measuring the gas parameters of coal sample. The system takes STM32F103 controller as the core, according to the principle of isobaric desorption, the pressure changes in the sampling tank at different time points are measured, and then the data are processed according to the corresponding gas index measured, and the danger of gas outburst in the working face is finally forecasted.
