长距离大断面掘进工作面风流场分布规律研究

【摘要】:针对神东大柳塔煤矿掘进巷道"长距离、大断面"的特点,研究掘进工作面风流场分布规律。通过处理软件GAMBIT建立掘进工作面的三维仿真计算模型,采用FLUENT模拟了掘进工作面长压短抽通风方式下不同风口位置、不同抽吸风量的风流分布规律。研究表明,长压短抽的通风方式下,压入式风流的射流影响区域明显大于抽出式;大断面巷道中压入式射流速度衰减较快,其有效射程约为13 m;随着掘进长度增加,压入风量减少,会造成巷道中部分区域最小风速不满足《煤矿安全规程》的要求。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of "long distance and large section" in driving roadway of Shendong Daliuta Coal Mine, the distribution law of wind flow field in tunneling face is studied. The three-dimensional simulation calculation model of tunneling face is established by processing software GAMBIT, and FLUENT is used to simulate the distribution of air flow in different tuyere position and different suction volume under long pressure and short suction ventilation mode in tunneling face. The results show that under the ventilation mode of long pressure and short pumping, the influence area of the jet flow is obviously larger than that of the extraction type, and the velocity of the impingement jet in the large section roadway decays rapidly, and its effective range is about 13 m; with the increase of the driving length, The minimum wind speed in some areas of roadway will not meet the requirement of coal mine safety regulation.
