煤矿员工安全心理要素模型及应用研究

【摘要】:内蒙古是我国煤炭资源最富集的地区,也是保障国家能源安全的重要煤炭生产基地。新世纪以来,内蒙古煤炭生产中发生了多起安全事故,大多数事故因煤矿员工的不安全行为造成,研究和解决煤矿员工的不安全心理问题越来越重要。本课题从安全动机、安全心理过程和安全心理特性三个维度,,建立了境遇型、缺陷型和内生型三个不安全心理要素模型,确定18个不安全心理要素因子,据此建立煤矿工人的安全心理测量,对实验数据进行分析,得出缺陷型不安全心理要素是影响煤矿工人安全行为的主要因素;煤矿工人的工作年限越长、受教育程度越高、职位越高的煤矿作业人员安全心理状态最稳定;国营煤矿工人的安全心理状态整体情况要优于民营煤矿。论文最后研究了内蒙古煤矿走向现代化管理的管理对策,包括人力资源的信息化管理、有重点和针对性的安全培训、特殊工种的心理选拔、煤矿作业人员压力管理及构建员工心理干预机制等。
[Abstract]:Inner Mongolia is the most abundant area of coal resources in China, and it is also an important coal production base to ensure the national energy security. Since the new century, many safety accidents have occurred in the coal production of Inner Mongolia, most of the accidents are caused by unsafe behavior of coal mine employees, so it is more and more important to study and solve the unsafe psychological problems of coal mine employees. Based on the three dimensions of security motivation, safe psychological process and safety psychological characteristics, this paper establishes three unsafe psychological factors models: situation type, defect type and endogenous type, and determines 18 unsafe psychological factors. Based on this, the safety psychological measurement of coal miners is established, and the experimental data are analyzed. It is concluded that defective unsafe psychological factors are the main factors affecting the safety behavior of coal miners, and the longer the working life of coal miners, the higher the level of education. The higher the position is, the more stable the safety psychological state of the coal miners is, and the overall safety psychological state of the state-owned coal miners is better than that of the private coal mines. Finally, the paper studies the management countermeasures of Inner Mongolia coal mine towards modern management, including information management of human resources, key and targeted safety training, psychological selection of special types of work. Stress management of coal miners and construction of psychological intervention mechanism.
