黄铁矿硫对煤自燃特性参数影响的实验研究

【摘要】:目前,煤的自燃性与硫含量相关已被众多学者公认,其中,硫对煤自燃性的影响主要是以黄铁矿形式存在的无机硫的影响。研究黄铁矿硫对煤自燃特性参数的影响具有重要的现实意义。 本文以煤自然发火机理分析为出发点,,结合煤中硫的赋存特点及黄铁矿自燃机理,对比分析多组煤自燃特性相关实验数据,从氧化性和放热性两个角度分析黄铁矿硫对煤自燃特性参数的影响规律。通过真密度测试实验、空隙率测试实验、程序升温实验、色谱吸氧实验及DSC热分析实验,得出黄铁矿硫含量与实验煤样的导热系数、比热容成正比;分析煤样耗氧速率、吸氧量、放热强度及放热量的变化特征,得出黄铁矿硫含量为5%~7%煤样的氧化放热性最大,煤自燃倾向性最大;不同黄铁矿硫含量煤样氧化过程中指标气体数据存在差异,其中,黄铁矿硫含量为5%煤样的CO浓度最大,且黄铁矿硫含量越大,CO2/CO值越大。从黄铁矿的自热特性和氧化反应产物两个方面分析了黄铁矿硫对煤自燃的影响机理,分析了Fe(OH)3溶胶对煤氧复合的抑制作用和黄铁矿硫自热特性对煤自燃进程的促进作用,黄铁矿硫对煤氧复合及其反应放热影响具有双重性。 本文分析了低温氧化阶段黄铁矿硫对煤自燃特性参数的影响规律,对高硫煤层开采过程中的防灭火工作有着重要的指导意义。
[Abstract]:At present, the correlation between the spontaneous combustion of coal and sulfur content has been recognized by many scholars, among which, the influence of sulfur on the spontaneous combustion of coal is mainly the influence of inorganic sulfur in the form of pyrite. It is of great practical significance to study the influence of pyrite sulfur on coal spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters. Based on the analysis of coal spontaneous combustion mechanism, combined with the characteristics of sulfur occurrence in coal and pyrite spontaneous combustion mechanism, this paper contrasts and analyzes several sets of experimental data related to coal spontaneous combustion characteristics. The influence of pyrite sulfur on coal spontaneous combustion parameters is analyzed from two aspects of oxidation and exothermic property. Through real density test, voidage test, programmed temperature test, chromatographic oxygen absorption test and DSC thermal analysis experiment, it is concluded that the sulfur content of pyrite is directly proportional to the thermal conductivity and specific heat capacity of the coal sample, and the oxygen consumption rate of the coal sample is analyzed. The characteristics of oxygen absorption, exothermic intensity and heat release show that the sulfur content of pyrite is 5%, the oxidation exothermic property of coal sample is the largest, the tendency of coal spontaneous combustion is the greatest, and the index gas data of different pyrite sulfur content coal sample are different, among which, The sulfur content of pyrite is 5%, the concentration of CO is the highest, and the higher the sulfur content of pyrite is, the greater the CO _ 2 / CO _ (2) value of pyrite is. The influence mechanism of pyrite sulfur on coal spontaneous combustion was analyzed from the aspects of pyrite autothermal characteristics and oxidation reaction products. The inhibition of Fe (OH) _ 3 sol on coal-oxygen compound and the promoting effect of pyrite sulfur self-heating property on coal spontaneous combustion process were analyzed. Pyrite sulfur has a dual effect on coal-oxygen recombination and reaction exothermic effect. In this paper, the influence of pyrite sulfur on coal spontaneous combustion parameters in low temperature oxidation stage is analyzed, which is of great significance for fire prevention and fire fighting in the mining process of high sulfur coal bed.
