基于作业环境分析的矿用安全帽改善研究

【摘要】：以煤矿洗选车间为调查对象,使用噪声仪、温湿度仪、粉尘仪等设备对工人的作业环境进行现场测量评价,采用问卷法对作业人员劳动防护用品的佩戴和使用行为进行了调查,分析了劳动防护用品使用中存在的主要问题,应用工业工程改善设计原则,设计出一种集耳塞、口罩、安全帽于一体的多功能安全帽,并进行了佩戴测试。结果表明,该安全帽对煤矿安全行为管理和工人的职业健康改善都具有一定的促进作用。
[Abstract]:Taking the coal mine washing workshop as the investigation object, the workers' working environment was measured and evaluated by means of noise meter, temperature and humidity meter, dust meter and so on, and the wearing and using behavior of the workers' labor protective articles were investigated by questionnaire method. This paper analyzes on the main problems existing in the use of labor protective articles, applies the principles of improving the design of industrial engineering, and designs a kind of multifunctional safety helmet which integrates earplugs, masks and safety hats, and carries out a test of wearing it. The results show that the safety helmet can promote the management of coal mine safety behavior and the improvement of workers' occupational health.
