双驱单钢轮振动压路机减振系统性能的研究

【摘要】:随着单钢轮振动压路机技术的不断发展,人们对单钢轮振动压路机工作可靠性、操作舒适性以及作业质量的要求也越来越高。单钢轮振动压路机的减振系统不仅影响着整机操作舒适性,而且也对作业质量与整机可靠性有重要的影响。虽然减振系统对单钢轮振动压路机整机性能的影响受到了一些单钢轮振动压路机生产厂家的重视,但关于如何提升减振系统性能尚无成熟的系统理论和方法。 论文从研究减振系统综合性分析出发,主要分析了减振系统减振器的受力、材料特性以及减振系统对整机性能的影响,得到了部分提高减振器可靠性及使用寿命的方法,并对良好的减振性能要求以及减振系统的合理优化做出了新的定义。 为了更好的研究单钢轮振动压路机的减振系统,论文对国内外同类型同吨位单钢轮振动压路机进行了对比试验,经数据对比分析发现国内压路机减振系统主要存在的问题有机架偏振与摆振以及驾驶室X方向的振动太剧烈。找到存在的问题后,有的放矢建立有针对性的简化模型对偏振与摆振进行了动力学分析,找到了消除机架偏振,控制上车摆振的方法。 为了进一步分析单钢轮振动压路机的减振系统,以国产试验样机为原型,,利用PRO/E、ADAMS、ANSYS建立了单钢轮振动压路机—橡胶地面的虚拟样机试验模型,参数调试完成后进行了仿真分析,并与试验测试数据进行了对比,对比结果表明:该虚拟样机模型具有较高的精度,为下一步减振系统优化分析奠定了基础。 论文最后在前文分析的基础上对单钢轮振动压路机减振性能的影响因素进行了归纳总结,并在此基础上针对此虚拟样机进行了减振系统的参数优化设计,利用之前的虚拟样机模型进行了仿真分析,结果表明:优化方案设计合理,从而也验证了全文分析的正确性,对单钢轮振动压路机减振系统性能提升有一定的理论指导意义与实践应用价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of the single wheel vibratory roller technology, the reliability, operating comfort and working quality of the single steel wheel vibratory roller are becoming more and more important. The vibration absorption system of single steel wheel vibratory roller not only affects the operating comfort of the whole machine, but also has an important effect on the working quality and the reliability of the whole machine. Although the effect of vibration absorption system on the performance of single steel wheel vibratory roller has been paid more attention by some manufacturers, there is no mature system theory and method on how to improve the performance of vibration reduction system. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the vibration absorber system, this paper mainly analyzes the force, material characteristics and the influence of the vibration absorber system on the performance of the whole machine, and obtains some methods to improve the reliability and service life of the absorber. A new definition is made for the requirements of good vibration absorption performance and the reasonable optimization of the damping system. In order to better study the vibration absorption system of single steel wheel vibratory roller, a comparative test of the same type of same tonnage single wheel vibration roller at home and abroad has been carried out in this paper. By comparing and analyzing the data, it is found that the main problems of the damping system of the roller in China are the polarization and shimmy of the frame and the vibration of the cab in the X direction. After finding out the existing problems, a targeted simplified model is established to analyze the dynamics of polarization and shimmy, and a method to eliminate the polarization of the frame and to control the swing in the car is found. In order to further analyze the vibration absorption system of single steel wheel vibratory roller, a virtual prototype test model of single steel wheel vibratory roller and rubber ground was established by using PRO/E,ADAMS,ANSYS, and the simulation analysis was carried out after debugging the parameters. Compared with the test data, the results show that the virtual prototype model has high precision, which lays a foundation for the optimization analysis of vibration absorption system in the next step. Finally, on the basis of the previous analysis, the influence factors of the vibration absorption performance of the single steel wheel vibratory roller are summarized, and the parameter optimization design of the vibration absorption system is carried out for the virtual prototype. The simulation results show that the optimization scheme is reasonable and the correctness of the full-text analysis is verified. It has certain theoretical guiding significance and practical application value for improving the performance of vibration absorption system of single steel wheel vibratory roller.
