煤自燃降温过程实验研究

【摘要】:为研究煤自燃后火区降温过程,使用XK-Ⅶ型煤低温自然发火实验台对煤样的自然升温、降温过程进行模拟实验。对比分析了升温过程和降温过程的煤温、高温点运移、指标气体及气体比值的变化规律。实验结果表明:煤自燃升温过程和降温过程具有非对称性;升温阶段与降温阶段温度变化规律均具有分段性;降温阶段高温点向回风侧深部移动,与升温阶段相反;烷烃气体降温阶段的消失温度较升温阶段的出现温度高;降温过程中CO/O_2、CO_2/CO比值较升温阶段对应温度大。
