基于GIS的气象风险预警系统的设计与建立

【摘要】:地理信息系统是一种有效的空间分析技术,可以管理海量的地理数据,具有强大的空间分析、可视化与图形制作等功能,为气象地质灾害的预警工作提供了更多的可能性。本文总结了近年来国内外地质灾害预警工作的成果与经验,基于ArcGIS Engine组件技术设计并建立了气象风险预警系统。提高了由暴雨引发的中小河流洪水、山洪、地质灾害等气象风险的预报水平,规范了国家级、省级气象风险的预报内容与预报方式,实现了预警预报图形产品的自动化制作,满足了我国防灾减灾的迫切要求。本文的主要研究内容及主要研究成果如下:(1)研究Micaps、NetCDF等气象数据的数据结构,并编写不同的解析算法来解析气象数据。对等值线、等值面和流场线的可视化方法进行研究,实现气象数据的可视化及个别类数据的符号化。(2)研究ArcGIS建模技术及空间分析方法,针对该系统中专题图的制作流程与相应规范,建立不同产品的专题图自动化制图模型。(3)研究ArcGIS Engine中相关类库,针对该系统的具体需求进行模块与功能的设计,并基于ArcGIS Engine组件式开发技术建立该系统的样例版。
[Abstract]:Geographic Information system (GIS) is an effective spatial analysis technology, which can manage massive geographic data, and has powerful functions of spatial analysis, visualization and graph making, which provides more possibilities for the early warning of meteorological and geological disasters. This paper summarizes the achievements and experiences of geological hazard early warning at home and abroad in recent years, and designs and establishes a meteorological risk early warning system based on ArcGIS Engine component technology. It has improved the forecast level of meteorological risks such as flood, mountain torrents, geological hazards and other meteorological risks caused by heavy rain, standardized the forecast contents and methods of meteorological risks at the national and provincial levels, and realized the automatic production of early warning and forecasting graphics products. It meets the urgent need of disaster prevention and mitigation in China. The main contents and results of this paper are as follows: (1) the data structure of meteorological data such as Micaps,NetCDF is studied and different analytic algorithms are compiled to analyze meteorological data. The visualization methods of isoline, isosurface and flow field line are studied to realize the visualization of meteorological data and the symbolization of individual data. (2) ArcGIS modeling technology and spatial analysis method are studied. According to the process of making thematic maps and corresponding specifications in the system, the automatic drawing model of thematic maps of different products is established. (3) the relevant class libraries in ArcGIS Engine are studied, and the modules and functions of the system are designed according to the specific requirements of the system. A sample version of the system is established based on ArcGIS Engine component development technology.
